Multi Weapon:

Twin Blade- A balance of attack, defence and speed. Also, can attack at either long or short range.

Long Arm: For long distance and defence.

Heavy Blade: For attack and close range

I want to be a MW because of the variety of skills you can use with it :P

its popular because it gives you choices to switch your class whenever you feel like it more or less, meaning you can be a swordsman one minute and a good healer the next, then switch over to a heavy weapon class to deal some serious damage. :axe:

(and.. mabye a little has to do with the fact that Haseo is a Multi-weapon although that seems a bit looked down upon by certain people "Multi-weapon? he sure couldn't decide what class he wanted to be")

anyway, I would most likely go with Multi-weapon aswell, just sounds more fun than sticking to just doing one thing

In other words, if The World R2 is real, almost all of it would be Multiweapons.

Well, still, the fact that for example, a Brandish would be much more effective than just a Multiweapon with a Brandish weapon.

It would have to be Danse Macabre for me.

It appeals to me because it is more of an art form rather than a fighting style.

Plus, how cool would it be to fight with giant fans?

First, I want to say how grateful I am that someone else resurrected my point of why everyone's a Multiweapon. Thank you, Dengar.

Now hold a tick. Are you sure it works that way? It's called MultiWEAPON. I wouldn't expect Harvest or Warlock to be valid choices there.

in this case Multiweapon is more like multiCLASS but it's almost the same thing anyway.

If you can equip books and staves then maybe you can also cast the spells associated with them.

I would be a Warlock, no doubt. Magic power can just get crazy and a team always needs a good nuker for those high-HP enemies. And... I just like seeing stuff go boom in games.. lol <.<;

And about the Multiweapon thing. Maybe the downside is you're a: Weaker with all the weapons. (In turns of DTR and DEF)

and

B: You can't use all the weapon's special skills (Like, in terms of the old Hack games. If you were a Multiweapon you wouldn't be able to use Stacatto, but a Twin Blade COULD. Get it?)

I just figure Multiweapons are like FF's Red Mages. They're good at everything but aren't great in ANYTHING. Just average... It IS the best balace for a class that can whip out any three weapons it wants.

Gosh, why so many MultiWeapons?! Their not THAT great. >__>

It'd be a tie between either a Warlock or Dance Macrabe for me.
For one thing, in the previous games, Wavemasters kicked all kinds of serious arse. XD I mean, I wouldent have survived the game if I didnt have Elk/Mistral tagging along. Plus, magic users have always striked me as the more intellingent an level headed type of players. :P

On the other hand, like KrulMagus stated, killing people with fans is just all kinds of awesomeness. :D I reaaaalllly hope you get Yata in your party, or another Dance Macabre at some point. I'd love to see how their attacks work out. :3

Also, both choices just seems like loads more fun than going around switching classes all the time. It'd confuse me. @__@

Plus, wasen't it stated in Roots that you have to be specail to be able to select the MultiWeapon class?
