Your post actually inspired me to go buy myself the .hack//Archive_02 (Black edition) last night, as I felt I wanted to treat myself and buy a big .hack-related Christmas gift. I did the same last year and bought .hack//Archive_03.
It cost me about $84 USD, which translates to $116 CAD...
I actually did the same over the summer with those guidebooks I posted earlier in this thread. You always give me that urge to splurge on .hack goods!
:P Your wallet shall become unburdened!
And an excellent choice that was, better to pick up a large gift at this time of year, better than tonnes of small items that may get lost if ordered seperatly :D Thats not too bad for the cost, I take it this wasn't the Limited Edition 03?
I'm glad to know this thread promotes impluse purchasing of .hack items xD
Vallen wrote:I know right! It happened with me multiple times too, I would look at this thread and impulse buy something
I want to get myself Guilty Dragon Art Vol. 4 Book but since it's an import, I kinda wanna bundle some other stuff with it (might a well right!). And these types of purchases always come to like $300 CND... I mean it is Christmas, but I am worried about spending so much since there are a million games/movies/other stuff coming out in Q1 2016 that I want too
^-^ glad to know this thread helps~
xD make sure you pick up what you can then, hopefully most items you are after ship internationally on amazon.jp. :P Though if you use a forwarding service you may want to pick up that new artbook along with Haseo's collar and desk calander~
.-. there is always so much coming out, our wallets know no rest.

?_? i'm pretty sure you can find most Tokyopop titles fairly cheap with afew exceptions which has went up in price e.g. some volumes of Fruits Basket however that is getting re-released next year in omnibus format.

:P why not buy the dvds as they will be cheaper in the January sales~

?_? Doesn't the PS2 (or later consoles) double as a DVD/Blu-ray player?

xD you can always take the DVDs with you lol Then again it saves space if they are digitial and no need to worry about losing them.

No, they are literally in a corner in my room in their boxes, and I'm trying to set them up this christmas break, and you probably might wanna check out Danmachi, its like an MMORPG without the MMORPG, and after all, Hestia is Bestia.

I guess for me, it's the IMOQ games. Those are apparently rare-ish and expensive.

@.@ Sounds about right...unless they unexpectly obtain a US/UK re-release then their rarity is hopefully become a thing of the past xD

Looking back now, I feel those were well worth the 29.99 I paid at the time. There was so much content on those discs!

They definitely were, especially when nowadays the AAA titles are lucky to last 10 hours or so in their single player campaign ^^' But these can't last for ages (helps since its a JRPG), includes an anime and after completion events :D

That anime disc was awesome. Included not just an anime, but information about the .hack universe.

And helped that the game clocked in at about 30 hours or so, if I recall. I might be confusing it with G.U.
