Probably, unless it only happened on such given future timeline and there were no means of such encounter happening in any other way. Like if, for example, you were dead by the time that daughter reached the corresponding age. Or unless the past/present was altered after such encounter so that the timeline where it happened is erased from existence.

Regardlessly, i think there would be special exceptions in this case, given all the amounts of epicness that would be had with time travelling. I know Barney would approve o3o

Pokemon Generations guide
Gen 1 Esper/Physic type, get a Dragonite, and normal types with high attack damage for hyperbeam(if it ok'ed no recharge). Also Blizzard, and Earthquake OP.

Gen 2 Stall for the win

Gen 3 When most EVs were odd and very mixed due to no physical and special split.

Gen 4 The reign of Dragon types and hyper offensive tactics. Also due to physical and special split EVs and movesets made a hell of a lot more sense.

Gen 5 Weather Wars

Gen 6 Fairy type, doing stuff is far more tolerable. Waiting for meta to develop.

RF1: Been playing BF4 a lot more lately. Have to admit, there have been a lot of moments that I wish I had used the "Share" button, especially when a stray .50 Cal magically took out a helicopter! XD Or when a pot shot from my sniper took out a co-pilot! If anyone has it for the PS4 please join me!

I meant Samus without her suit. Ever since Prime 2, I just haven't liked her look... As for suits though, The Phazon Suit or Light suit, easily the best looking ones in my opinion.

All aboard the Final Fantasy 15 and the Kingdom Hearts 2.5 and 3(years later) hype train. It shall be sometime before Kingdom Hearts 3 but when it comes out we shall finally get a hopefully non bittersweet ending for a Kingdom Hearts game.

No amount of Disney can give Kingdom Hearts a good ending until the Xehanort saga is finish. Heck KH3 might may be the end of a saga but still might have a bittersweet ending for all we know.
