Lucille looked down at the White Queen piece and smirked. “Kari! I got a super important piece!” I declare and jump up for joy. “I can't wait to show Reid! And maybe I can show Mira how much better I am than her! Haha! Ah ha ha ha!” Lucille laughed stereotypically and rushed into the forest, “Kari let's find the boys! I bet they're gonna be super excited to see that we scored 6 pieces! Out of 50... we're practically almost a third of the way to first place! Hopefully the boys haven't been slacking off!” 'Hmm... I wonder how the other teams are doing... we get points for being united, does that mean another team could be ahead of us in points?' Lucille triggered an explosive trap and screeched, falling back. “Hey Rear Guard be careful there's traps!” Lucille looked down at her hand, slightly singed by the fire, she let her Aura flare up to heal her.

Lucille landed as she saw Reid and Sylvester. “Reid! Sylvee! Look at what I got! White Queen! Hot stuff right?” Lucille revealed the piece to the boys, “I mean I got two more, but look at that, I got the Queen Piece! Pretty bitchin' huh?” She smiles and turned to face Sylvee. “Chimera? Are you two on a quest? Chimera sounds powerful. Maybe we'll get a King piece or something else you know?” Lucille smiled and cherished her piece holding it close.

Reid: oh wow you guys already got pieces huh? M and Sylvester just met up actually we didn't run into any trouble or anything ( he looks at Lucille's piece) make sure you hold onto that its only fitting afterall you did say you have the blood of a queen inside of you ( he considers the request for a few minutes as he thinks it over) allright we'll accept it I have an idea!
let go-ah! ( he triggers a trap as the rope snags his leg and lifts up off the ground hanging him upside down) *sigh*

Karin: I've got it ( she fires a shot cutting the rope and she looks at Sylvester) so you boys didn't run Into any trouble did you?

Instructor: allright oh since you all reunited with your team here is your reward a piece each ( she hands them each apiece to Sylvester the black knight and to Reid the white king) and the reward for this request varies from 10 to 20 pieces

Reid:ahh alight then it's located at the forest ruins right? ( he looks at his team) so we all ready were bound to run into opposing teams on our way there...lets go and win this! ( team RLKS runs off into the forest and they run into an opposing team almost right away) allright then you guys lets clear this path and run straight towards the ruins

Alex: actually ( both Alex and Leo show off their pieces) so impressive huh?

Leo: I'd say we did a pretty good job all times considered. U mean we have 4 in total between the two of us plus the reward we just gained We did a variety of small time and easy assignments

Alex: so in total I'd say we're close to about 10 Among the 4 of us? Anyway what do you say we start to get up move on as well there's hood out tha RLKS has rejoined eachother as well from now on its a fight to the finish who ever comes out on top!

Sylvester counted events off on his fingers. "Well, I overheard Quinton talking about how Tristan was aiding them and how they were planning on attacking us, I confronted him before he could solidify their plans, Reid ruined a trick I was going to play on Michel, and I got shot once. So no, no trouble. You two?" He tossed his knight up and down as he walked.

When they ran into the other group Sylvester stopped walking, but kept juggling his chess piece. "Um, Lucille, Karin, either of you want champion us in this?" He raised an eyebrow and looked at the other team dubiously. "Or do you guys want to risk getting your entire team wiped?"

Mira snatches Alex's piece. "Eh, it's ok I guess." She tossed it back to him off-handedly. "Don't get cocky though. You've still got to get another forty. Now let's go!" She raised her hand high, pointing to the sky dramatically.

Karin: Quentin? You mean from team QNTM? Wait you two were attacked?! You guys are okay?

Reid: yeah Sylvester went alittle over board though although it might be my fault after Quentin challenged me to a duel I got a little Carrie away and we began fighting...he had gotten stronger since last time

Karin: really you went overboard huh Sylvester? Wait so you two did happen to bump into someone so our leader totally dodged the question when we asked..can you believe hat Lucy? Not telling us the whole truth I mean really ( he stops to see the enemy team) well they did go through this trouble to challenge us...what do you think Lucy?

Reid: look we don have to fight but if you insist then we'll be taking any pieces you have with us! We're on a schedule afterall i still have to look into that Tiffany' girls conditions maybe later...

Karin: you want us to champion you in?

Alex: your really hard to impress huh? Lets get a move on everyone! ( the team runs off into the forest as they encounter an enemy team after their pieces on the opposing team are two hard hitters and dust specialists)..allright no stopping lets just go right through them Leo!

Leo: you got it! ( he runs with Lauren as they begin to clash with one of the hitters and dust specialists)

Lauren: I'm pretty strong aren't I? Don't underestimate me! ( she knocks the dust specialist flying as her wind dust picks up)

Alex: Mira help me out with the other two and please don't blow me up this time ( he clashes with the hitter) take out the caster!

Sylvester frowned at Karin asking him about going overboard. It was accurate, that's why it upset him. "You know I don't like it when somebody disturbs my naps and the upcoming... "festivities" are weighing on my mind. And we were not attacked. I started it. Quinton just chickened out and decided to try his luck with Reid when he showed up."

"Aw, but Alex, that's half the fun!" Mira shouted with glee as she thrust out her hands, sending a line of light blue dust at Reid. She clenched a fist and raised her arm, the dust turned to a swirling mass of ice that caught and deflected the caster's fire attack and the lightning attack at herself, she opened her fist and twirled her other hand, drawing up the scattered flames and thrust her spread fingers out, as the flames shot out in a star formation to wall in the enemy caster, she flicked her fingers to the side, icing the ground behind Alex's opponent and throwing shards at him, the caster put the flames out around him with a burst of ice dust and raised the ice Mira had put down to block Alex's next attack, Mira took a deep breath and pulled one hand behind her back creating a wind sprite with one hand and she swept down with her other hand causing an earthen pyramid to rise up encase the other caster. Mira took the breather to draw one of her tonfa blasters and built up an electrical charge in her other hand. "Alex, present for you." She threw the lightning at Alex's weapon and fired her tonfa blaster at the pyramid just as it started to break apart and made sure none of the parts were sent after her team, not directly at least, as the other caster reeled from the explosion the sprite turned into a wind tunnel that knocked him down. Mira raised her hands overhead and brought them crashing down, gathering the remaining scattered pieces of the pyramid and set them down on top of the caster, quite effectively pinning him for the foreseeable future. Mira readied her second blaster, just in case, as she checked on everybody else's status. "I got mine."

((Sorry um... I've had guests over these last two days and they were less than expected. AND less than then whatever it takes to not get the cops called on us. Twice. Why not lock yourself in your room and ignore them you ask? Because I'd rather have spent this weekend with other people. I just got back haha... But once again suppppper sorry.))

“Told you they'd get in trouble!” Lucille laughed, she knew they were okay. “Quen-whatever's not very strong, Reid and I fought him a while back, he's like a puppy. He'll keep fighting until you hit him too hard. Or the cops show up. Or the cops show up.” Lucille shrugged. “I'm not too concerned I mean after all I wanna punch Mira. Maybe we all have our little vendettas. I knew that Quantum's leader was a bit um... we'll say 'obsessed' with me. But I mean I'm a super star. As if he couldn't be!” Lucille laughed loudly her hand over her mouth to hid the unladylike gesture. “And of course Sylvee went overboard! His trainer lady is the overboard type and Sylvee's the showboat type. That's a match paired up that no one liked. Except us! We're gonna be the best.”

Lucille eyes focused in the team. “Sylvee did you call for a champion?” She smiled and prepared Relic in Sylvester forme. “Because I'm more than just a champion! I'm the Enchanting, Zero Cool, Always Awesome, Shimmeringly Splendid, Beyond All Hope, The Dreams Of Butterflies, Relics' own Lucille École!” Lucille's blade blazed as she kept the bladed edge hidden and dashed at the enemy team, her Queen tucked away carefully in a dust container.

I have never been at a party that had the cops show up. That's kind of impressive.

Reid: I guess there's no choice now ( he follows after Lucille) you know

Karin: why don't we let them handle this one Sylvester afterall we should save our strong since we'll probably be fighting a big chimera grim..

Reid: haaaaah! ( he slashes at the teams leader with his boomerangs and both of there weapons collide and they clash with each other) out of the way! ( he jumps and kicks the opposing teams leader in the cheat knocking him back as he throws his boomerangs at another member that is about to attack Lucille from behind) arrrggh! ( his fists make contact with another member as his dust explodes out from his strike freezing hos opponent in place then Reid catches his boomerang again) lets keep going were almost there and were making plenty of time

Karin: ( she notices the opposing team members start to get up and she runs at the, with her gun blade) allright then fine common Sylvester! Lets wrap this up and finish this test. Already!

Alex: ( thanks to the electricity sent by Mira he quickly over powers his opponent) haaaah! ( he he slashes as electricity explodes from each of his strikes and he finishes off his opponent and he collects the pieces) allright Mira! ( he hands her one of the pieces he collected) here..thanks for the assist back there that's was a rather flashy attack though Mira

Lauren: oh wow Mira-bear that was incredible! Look what we got! ( she shows of two more pieces they collected ( as the group walks off to a area and there is a old temple ruins near A cliff side on the edge of the forest) Oh wow I wonder what's inside here ( the screams of another team can be heard inside followed by a loud roar)

Leo: what the-

Sylvester took Karin's suggestion that they save their strength to heart and lied down, intent on napping. This plan was quickly scrapped though when she decided they should help out. "Why couldn't we have just let the others handle it." He hopped to his feet and landed between one of the enemies and his team. Sylvester didn't bother attacking, as Karin had said they should conserve their strength, so he did to him what he had done to Lucille on vacation, except he occasionally directed one of their attacks against one of their allies. "Look, I don't want to hurt you. Can't you just, y'know, take a dive?" Sylvester asked in a bored tone.

Mira ran after the rest of her team, shouting. "Alex, I hope you appreciate how much effort I'm going to have to go through to fix my hair after this."

((I've been to two so far. Rather I've hosted two so far. We play music loud late at night in apartment complexes. And I looked up synonyms for awesome haha. Although... Acid Burn Lucille has a nice right to it.))

Lucille Swung around behind her opponents, taking full advantage of her speed and her weapon to strike from behind each time. She gracefully dodged the strike of a hammer toting female and using her blazing Relic, knocked the hammer free from her opponent's grasp. She spun around and dug her toes in the dirt, bringing up her leg to strike her opponent in the stomach full force. Her opponent keeled over and she looked at her allies, each handling a prospective opponent. “This isn't too bad. Having friends to fight the battles. Haha. I do sometimes feel like a Queen.”

Lucille dashed toward Sylvester. “Sylvee, care to change partners?” Lucille asked dancing around with the two, dodging blows in a more dance-like pattern then her partner. “I knocked the hammer girl's hammer away, I think I clonked her pretty good in the stomach.” Lucille ducked a strike and with a click, Relic reverted to Reid form.

An emblem lit up on the hammer's face, and with a powerful boom and a fiery explosion, the boy skidded back digging his heels into the dirt and doing his damn best to stand. “Nice! Got a pretty shiny Aura there buddddddy.” Lucille threw Relic at the boys after swinging it a few times to build momentum. “Let's go!” She dashed at her opponent, and a cackle could be heard in the hammer, the hissing of a sprite deep within.

Karin: ( she begins to clash with her pendent matching blow for blow) allright that's not too bad but 'm not alone...right leader?

Reid: ( he runs out of her shadow) Frostfangs! ( he spins his boomerangs around And then he throws them both low as they fly across the ground as Karin fires off wseveral shots of her gunblade weakening her opponents aura both karin and reid dance around eachother amd reid rolls over her back to finish of karins opponent while karin finishes off his) allright who's the best team?! ( he holds out his fists to her)

Karin:...sometimes your so lame...( she fist bumps him reluctantly)

Reid: allright ( he reloads his bracers and fixes his scarf as he looks at Lucille and Sylvester and he shows them the pieces they just obtained) allright looks like that fight wasent all bad we got something out of it now lets hurry before somebody beats us there I remember from the last time we were here the ruins should be ( the team walks through a clearing t see the large ruins just in time to see Alex and his team run in) right here...Looks like we're not the first ones

Karin: you sure we can take this thing on?

Reid: before we head inside Lucille Sylvester, Karin Hmmm.. Oh I got it if it turns out were in over our heads were going to run away okay? No buts this teams mission is dont die got it?


Alex: come on! ( team swallow tail runs into the ruins) jeez it's alittle dark? Mira you think you can make a light?

Lauren: I wonder what that roar was

Alex: I don't know but I hope

Leo: that's those screw,s were nothing to worry about right? Relax its just a test how dangerous can it b- ( he steps on a bone)

Lauren: is that...

Leo:....

Alex: yeah...allright everyone be on your guard

((I was actually referring to a '95 movie called Hackers. One of the character's handles was Zero Cool and another's was Acid Burn. That's pretty interesting though.))
Mira walked daintily, careful to avoid the bones and anything else that might be crawling around. "Yeah, one sec." Mira closed her hands and after a few seconds she opened them again and a rainbow of dust pixies hovered up into the air above them. "Tink, Silver, Video, Iridescent, Rose, Fern, you know what to do." Two of the pixies remained over the group the other four darted ahead to light their way. "That enough light for you?"

Sylvester drew his short sword and took point. "Reid, if it weren't dangerous it wouldn't be worth so many pieces. As far as strategy, perhaps we should go in with the intent of trying to lure it outside? We can see better out here than in there after all. And if we need to run, better to do so where we can move and it's unfamiliar with the terrain. Plus, on the way in you all can use your dust to set some traps of our own to soften it up and slow it down. Karin, chimera were covered a in class recently, yeah? You remember what all the prof said about them? I think I slept through most of that lecture."

Lucille smirked, “Hey... I hate to be a strategist. But we just saw Swallowtail get in on that.” Lucille smirks and swings her hammer about. “So since it's so dangerous why don't we let them weaken it, score the winning blow, and while we're at it I can kick Mira in her nose!” Lucille jumped up to practice her air kicks. “Kari, since you've played rear guard while I was advance I think it's time for a switch. Plus you know about the chimera so that's more than enough reason to have you bum rush Swallowtail and get to the prize! Hey How many do you think we can score if we steal their pieces and beat the chimera? They probably have at least 8 if not 9 and we're at 12 from beating that team! That will put us at 20 or so and we'll need just 6 to secure first place!” Lucille grabbed two four dust crystals and formed her fire sprites. “Caves are dark, help them out buddies!” The sprites cackled and hissed as they flew around Sylvester and Karin, dancing about. “And no burning!” Lucille ordered. The sprites that surrounded her and Reid danced in a similar fashion. “Let's go in!” Lucille rushed in regardless of her prior stance.

Sylvester extended his spear out to his side to block Lucille from rushing ahead of himself. "Swallowtail may not be the first group to go in. I didn't mention it before, but there were screams coming from this direction before they went in. Possibly the chimera making a meal out of another group. And if you kicked Mirajane in the nose and got her killed Toby would be most upset and you would have to find a new dust teacher." Not to mention the backlash from Two. "She's been helping her brainstorm ideas for your class." He sighed,"Toby and her constructs. Speaking of." He swatted at the pixie above his head to drive it away and got a few steps ahead of the group as a whole, "Go buzz around somewhere else. I don't want you blowing up on me."

Reid: ( he thinks up a plan and weighs both options from oth Sylvester and Lucille) hmmm setting traps luring it out into the open if it is willingly staying inside the ruins then its safe t assume it can see in the dark fairly well I've never seen a chimera but in books they are a pretty fierce predator it is considerably fast and strong and can stalk its prey before it decides to strike so then weighing both options from Sylvester and Lucille together..... Karin and Lucille set traps on our way in Lucille can you create sprites that can explode once the creature runs near them...we're going to go in but once we find the chimera we need a diversion me and Sylvester will be bait! ( he wraps his arms Around Sylvester's shoulder) we'll run like hell and lead it outside once it's outside like Sylvester said we won't be trapped in a narrow space now I'm sure judging by the architecture of the ruins design there is bound to be a second exit or some way to get to the higher level of the ruins I want you two Karin and Lucille to leave the ruins that way after me and Sylvester have successfuly become live bait and once were outside you two come down and attack from above!.. I'm sure swallow tail can hold there own but that will get the pressure off of them..we're not going to just sit on the sidelines while they do all the work is that really how you want to gain the victory? ( he places his hand on Lucille's shoulder) isn't it better to beat the, fair and square and prove we're the best by beating m while they aren't weakened?... after we take down the chimera I'm sure swallowtail is bound to target us and that's when we take them down! Got it everyone? ( the group walks inside)

Karin: Allright then Lucy? Lets get ready to give both the chimera and swallowtail one fierce fight! ( she walks over next to Sylvester) come on then your to afraid of Lucy's sprites are you? See there harmless atleast for the most part just lighten up we'll be allright I promise

Alex: that's more than enough actually thanks Mira ( the group continues I walk through the ruins)

Lauren: so Mira-bear got anything special planned for the evening? ( she walks up next to Mira) I heard you say there was some kind of ball or something tonight?

Leo: Alex do you really think the source of that scream is okay? I mean its just a test surely an instructor would of stepped in

Alex: if the instructor wasent killed by whatever is in here that is ( the two walk slightly ahead) look if we find survivors then this test is no longer a priority our objective is going to make sure those people get out and maybe try to lead whatever the hell is in here to chase us outside

“Let me argue some points sweetie, we're not other groups. We crush other groups. We have me. No other group has me.” Lucille pointed her thumb at her puffed up chest, showing off tons of bravado. “And on another point Sylvee, if Mira got killed from a kick she'd be a horrid rival! Hardly worth my time!” Lucille shook her head and sighed. “And lastly! My constructs are pretty darn amazing Sylvee!” She sighed as the sprite hissed at Sylvester and returned to Lucille, spiraling with the other. “Don't tell them to buzz off! They have feelings you know.”

“OH SURE REID TAKE HIS SIDE!” Lucille pouted and checked her dust reserves. “But I can whip up some pretty spectacular booby traps.” She started summoning more fire sprites with her dust, making sure they were a controllable orange-yellow hue. “I didn't mean to ambush them, but I mean... bah... we were not gonna be at full regardless of situation unless we smacked down as soon as we landed, and whoever spills first blood gets the pieces right?” Lucille shrugged it off.

“You heard him Kari! Let's race to the top and take this chimera and feed him a mouthful of Relics! NOT LITERALLY BOYS!” Lucille sent sprites in all directions as she herself searched for a way to reach the higher ground Reid spoke of.

"Oh goody. I get to be bait." Sylvester said sarcastically, but with a smile evidently he didn't actually mind. "Too many of Toby's constructs have blown up on me for me to think one of Lucille's won't." He eyed the sprite buzzing around Karin warily. "Plus it would probably just keep blinding me by flying into and out of my line of sight. I'm good without it." He winced and covered his ears as Lucille shouted. "Hey, asides from a gunshot, I'm at full." Just before they parted he poked Karin in the side, "Be careful out there. When you make it to the roof, watch out for Nevermore. We ran into one last time, there could be more out here."

Sylvester walked with a purpose through the temple, occasionally when they reached a fork he would close his eyes and heighten his hearing for a few seconds before deciding a direction and scratching a large mark in the wall with his dagger indicating the direction they went and the direction they had come from. It's a good thing Mirajane's voice carries so well.

"Tonight? Oh yes, the gala. The eldest Schrodinger son is hosting a gala, and I of course secured an invitation. Tybalt will be there of course, but I can't just go with him, half the fun is finding him out there, but I can't just go stag either. Plus he will probably have a model on his arm and it would be impolite to make him abandon her, so I'm making Alex escort me." Mira grabbed Alex, spun him around, and pinned him against a wall. A dangerously excited grin on her face. "I've got a better idea, let's just bury it in here. We can just bring the roof down on top of it."

Reid: it's not like I'm picking sides..*sigh* what did I DO-

Karin: you worry too much we'll look I'll be fine just focus on your end ( she follows Lucille) penny for your thoughts Lucy something tells me you didn't really mean to yell at him oh well I suppose you did it's normal for that to happen oh ( she points at a old stair case leading up) that's a good a place as any to start

Reid: ( he walks with Sylvester) hmm so good way to start off the operation already did something wrong..sigh whatever soo then you and Karin are getting close I mean telling her specifically To be careful ( he stops to hear another roar) looks like we better hurry! ( he runs off)

Alex: Mira that's alittle drastic I mean these ruins are old but that seems really alittle bit extreme

Lauren: sure wish I coul- get down!

Alex: ( he picks Mira up and he jumps out of the way of a flame that comes out of the shadows and loud foot steps are heard running off the team than pursues as they come to a large open room ) hey! Over there! ( he runs over to an injured girl as the rest of her team is badly wounded but still pretty much alive)...

Lauren: oh there alive that's

Leo: it's too easy

Alex: ( he turns around to see big red eyes gleam through the darkness as a large beast emerges into the light created by Mira's pixies the creature has 3 heads the center a lion the head on the rght a dragon and the head on the left a goat the creatures body is that of a lion and on its back are two massive wings and in place of the creatures tail is a snake) damn it...

Lauren: it's uh..really big...I want to ride it

Leo: please...focus Lauren...

Alex: ( he readies his sword) Mira me and Leo can buy you time I want you and Lauren to focus on healing or telecast getting the injured out of here

"I don't think Lucille likes the idea of you using yourself as bait. And she's your girlfriend, she probably feels you should automatically side with her in all things. As for Karin and I-" The roar cuts him off, then he hears Alex and company talking. "Reid, Swallow has engaged the chimera. A secondary team is injure-AGGGHHH!." Sylvester grabbed at his overly sensitive ears and stopped by slamming against the wall as a very loud explosion reverberated down the hall. He howled in pained anger, "MIRAJANE YOU STUPID TRIGGER HAPPY-GHAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" Sylvester waved Reid off shouting, "Just go. I'll catch up."

As the flames lap at her dress Mira screamed, "This is an original! You MONSTERRRRRR!" She ignores Alex initially and fires her tonfa blasters at the chimera, which if the chimera hadn't dodged the shots and a quick spell by Lauren the injured may have gotten caught in the blasts. "Stupid single shot, pieces of crap!" She angrily holstered them again. She wasn't quite completely deafened, but her ears were ringing loudly and she only barely heard Sylvester call her name and assumed it was Alex, "Right, injured. On it!" As Mira reached the injured three of the pixies flew together and formed a triple layered dome shaped barrier, earth, fire, and ice, to protect them while she, Lauren, and one of the remaining pixies worked to stabilize the injured.

Lucille crossed her arms. “Kari when I yell I mean to yell. You know that. Reid didn't even entertain my thought. Of course I'm upset.” Lucille dashed for the staircase along with Kari exploring the upper levels. She attempted to summon her sprites that were hanging around to her side however a deafening roar and the spray and splashes of water and possible blood set off a few of her sprites.

“Kari! Was that the chimera?!” Lucille stopped in her tracks and covered her ears. “Dammit! We can't fight it in a cave!” Lucille struggled to regain her foothold and shook off the weariness and the reverberation in her ears. “Crap. Kari, I'm gonna blow a hole through the wall. Watch your head!” Lucille forced several sprites to flare up into bright blue burning specters, laughing and hissing wildly until the clashed with the wall causing several explosions and flare ups. “I'm through!” Lucille shouted as the light filled the cavern they were in.
