Story: in the land of Terra Magic was once the driving force of all nature and with the help of the spirits of mana sorcerers mages and the like helped keep the world in balance peace existed so much so that the sages of magic were once revered as heroes who helped keep peace and slayed the one threat to our world the great demon lord asmodeous once Asmodeous armies were slain peace returned it wasn't soon after that technology began advancing at an accelerated pace soon barrier reactors were constructed to help keep monsters out of the city soon science began to replace magic in its entirety amd soon individuals with extroadinary abilities have been appearing one by one they call themselves psychics.. it's been atleast 100 years since the age of the sages and the demon lord magic is now scarce in our world you would rarely find any who still practice the magic arts although there few who do now fast forward to our present day the world may seem to be at peace but that could not be any further then the actual truth of the state that our world is currently in.

Technomancy: King has an innate understanding of any piece of technology he comes into contact with and is a living wi-fi hub. He can also delve into what he calls the resonance, which is more or less what the rest of us call the internet, and hack into anything connected to a wireless network or he is in physical contact with. He can also call upon entities called sprites that are spawned by the vast sea that is the resonance. He gets grouchy when there are no wireless networks, and thus no resonance, to tap into.
App: He's a little over 6' tall with short neon blue hair, sapphire eyes, and moon-pale skin. Dresses in a blue with white detailed racing suit.
Bike App: A blue and white Suzuki racing motorcycle with neon blue lights on the undercarriage. His racing helmet is also blue-white.
Bio: When King isn't hacking into places he shouldn't be he's racing his bike on the streets. His single mother died in an explosion at a lab when he was young and he was adopted by his godfather a Dr. Silvers. King found some of his godfather's work interesting and picked up a lot of mechanical skills there, but as soon as he could afford it, he bought an old motorcycle, fixed it up, hit the streets, and started calling himself Sparrow. ( a cloaked Mage crosses a long bridge as he staggers his way into the city and then collapses from exhaustion on the side walk it has now been three months since this mages arrival

Sparrow pulled up onto the sidewalk, scattering some of the pedestrians as they ran to avoid getting run over, not actually necessary, but it made the biker grin under his helmet. "You still alive?" Sparrow said to Kirion and pulled his helmet off, he rested it on the front of his bike and grinned at the mage.
Three months ago, the sprites had been very excited about a new arrival and refused to stop pestering Sparrow until he went to help the half-dead guy. "You still alive?" He had asked as he set a coke and gas station sandwich down in front of him.
Back in the present, several sprites that looked like winged bikes, cars, and other automobiles darted around in Sparrow's vision, they jumped into people's phones and other electronic devices in the area. He could see the girl next to Kirion, kind of like how he could see the sprites, but she was faded. Like she wasn't quite there or something. Sparrow only started seeing Kirion's spirits about a month after he started spending time with the guy, and the more time he spent with him the more clearly he could see them. Supposedly Kirion was a mage, and while Sparrow didn't quite know what he himself was, he felt that whatever this magic thing that Kirion did was and what he did with his sprites and computers were two different things. Though he got the feeling that his sprites and Kirion's spirits were somehow related; they definitely weren't the same, but they were also definitely related.

Studying what looked to be the equivalent of a huge hand written textbook, a girl with pink hair yawned. At the moment she wasn't properly dressed, but the visitors always waited to be sure she was. It was one of the few times that the basement of the tower was open for any visitors that didn't have a special clearance to ask questions if necessary. Of course, since people didn't quite know what the two were, she was still as bored as usual. As she turned the page again, she noticed a figure getting up from a cushion. She was currently putting her hair up with her clothes being adjusted lightly by the maids beside her. "Good evening, Mistress Platinum." She spoke in respect, closing the book.
"We will be receiving a visitor of importance soon, Pearl." The voice sounded more like a thought, but the pink haired girl had gotten used to it. She nodded, allowing the other maids to begin preparing her. It took a longer time for her because of the still rather annoyed comments she gave when they took a little too long to place the rather special roses in her hair and tried to pin the veil on just right to make sure it didn't fall off. By the time they were finished, the silver haired woman was sitting in the middle of a circle behind a curtain. She sat beside her, looking at how calm the woman's hands went to her lap, as if waiting for that someone to arrive.

Kirion: ( he grabs his staff as he walks off towards the street that the festival is on as he stops and looks at the sight hundreds of people gathering to check out this festival) this is pretty intimidating...man I was hoping sparrow would of atleast showed up with some food he usually brings something around this time

In the middle of Kirion's performance Sparrow landed on one wheel in the middle of the show, neatly dodged people, and the actions of a few well timed sprites made for some very dramatic lighting as Sparrow performed a few tricks to liven up the show. When the crowd had dispersed Sparrow swung his legs around so that he was side-saddling the idling bike and faced Kirion. "You still alive?" He asked as he pulled his helmet off, and the mage collected the alms.

Illis glided around her booth getting everything in preparation for any one who was interested in coming in. The ornaments on her outfit clinked and jingled as she moved. Her outfit was clad with bright colors and festive ornamentation. The outfit looked something similar to a belly dancers out fit, something she normally wouldn't feel comfortable wearing but decided to give it a try. She adorned one of her favorite masks and walked out side the tent looking through the door way at the crowd.

In the basement of the tall tower, a figure spoke while looking at the curtain. "I have been afraid for a long time that he might leave me." Her eyes looked towards the two shadows of the figure. Her hands were together, shaking lightly. "What if I don't tell him about knowing about his affair?"
"You will need to inform him." Platinum's voice resonated in the woman's mind. "His intentions are not to hurt you." Though she did not move, her voice sounded kind to the woman who could not see her face. Beside her, Pearl did her best not to move, following the power Platinum used. One of the decisions, which was the best, would lead to an actual marriage and complete loyalty.
"Thank you," The woman bowed lightly, looking as if she had been relieved. She quickly stood up and made her way towards the guards that had escorted her to the elevator. It was a system that while could allow the public in, was too fragile to maintain for days at a time.

A certain someone in a belly dancer outfit caught Sparrow's eye. "Hey, you don't share the proceeds, I don't share my sandwich." He watched her slip back into her tent and grinned at Kirion. "I think I just found somebody more deserving of my attention anyways. Go get yourself a corndog or something. It's a party after all." Sparrow cut through the crowd on his bike and parked it just outside the tent.
He ducked through the opening and coughed to get Illis's attention. "Uh, hi. There. I was wondering if uh, and I'm Sparrow by the way, but I was hoping you might want to get a funnel cake, or something." Smooth very smooth.

( in truth the man didn't look that much older then Kirion himself but the man gave up an aura that he lived through centuries) anyway hey where's that mana spirit you had with you before?
Kirion: truthfully...I have no idea good sir she flew off on her own. Honestly she's such a pain

It's not bad enough I've got the sprites always pestering me, now I have Kirion's girlfriend's ghost bugging me. I think I liked it better when I couldn't see and hear her. Sparrow sighed, hung his head low, and looked back up at Illis. "Sorry, apparently, I have to take this." He put his hands together and pleaded, "One sec?" Sparrow turned to look at the spirit and then stepped outside to talk to her, "What? I'm kind of trying to be busy with someone who's actually present here just now. So make it quick, Navi."

A mage? Auroch groaned and walked around in a circle. "Am I at the center of some magical confluence or something? I don't think normal people encounter this many legitimately magical people in their day to day lives." He sat down on his bike and stared glumly at the spirit. "All I wanted to do was find an evocatively dressed girl I may or may not know and spend the evening enjoying her company. Why do insist on throwing a monkey wrench into that before I've even met her?" He stood up and faced the spirit, "Tell you what. If a good opportunity presents itself, I'll ask her. If that's not good enough for you, then you go run back off to your master, or whatever he is to you, and get him to ask for you."

Approaching the figure messing with his phone, two guards spoke. "Miss Platinum will see you now." One spoke, motioning for him to move in front of them. The people around had a wary eye. At the end of the passageway was a elevator with a table in front of it. "Remove all technology from your person before you enter."

( he looks at the stern look on the guards) fine fine ( he puts his phone on the table along with his headphones and a watch) here you go look technology free ( he walks to the elevator as he places his hands in his pockets as soon as the elevator door opens he walks inside) I guess they really stick to the old ways here. And yet they have a operating elevator (he soon arrives at the floor)

Kirion: ( he parry's the mans sword as with his staff as he manages to use both his staff and his fists to counter the mages attacks although the Mage summons his spirit as it goes to punch kirion)!ah! Deflexio! ( he gets knocked back as the punch makes contact with his body)
Mage: oh wow that's not bad casting Deflexio right as my spirits attack connected don't tell that's all you have though I will commend you on that little skirmish that wasn't a bad enchantment Cantus Bellax the battle hymn right? Come on show me more lets see why Shuria decided on you! ( he dashes forward again) unlike you I don't need an incantation before hand! ( he swings how great sword as it spews out flames)
Kirion: ( he dodges the fire as he jumps back) spentendecim Sagita Magica Series Lucis! ( spheres of light appear around him as he shoots them forward as the become more like fire works shooting towards the Mage as the Mage dodges them easily) it's not that easy! ( the magic circles back around towards the Mage as the Mage casts a fire wall out of desperation and the two spells clash causing almost a fire works show for the people going to the festival to enjoy)
Shuria: that's... A battle spell..( she flies off to find Kirion)
