Dude, seriously, stop acting like if being american is such a curse and everyone else in the world should be able to please your desires, translating everything to your own language and making it avaliable in your region so you no longer keep suffering. I'm not american, none of this .Hack stuff would ever be released in my language, and in my country no one uses the english or japanese languages. So what do i do about it? Learn the languages and deal with it.
And see? Someone has already translated one of these comics in a language you can understand!! So stop crying. lol

And yeah, for the comic , as I said it is a 4Koma version of Guilty Dragon.
These actually exist in the game itself as a tutorial (somehow) and as an advertisement for the full one.
and all the jokes in the comic are actually situations happened to us players XD
