Help with .hack//fragment

Hello everyone!

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, since there isn't a forum for fragment. :-\

So I've been playing the partial english translation of .hack//fragment, and I'm stuck.
So far, elk and subaru want me to go to a fire field to do something, and I went through the dungeon, going through every room and getting the treasure at the end, but they're still standing by the chaos gate, and they haven't acted like anything's changed. What do I need to do to continue in the game's story?

I wouldnt be sure mate but where did you get the partial translation version? I cant seem to find a reliable one anywhere. Sorry I couldnt help.

I found it on a certain site that has eBay in it's name. ;D It's done by Team Refraction, if that helps.
I found out what I had to do though. I got to the theta server!
