Monroe approached the door cautiously opened the door and allowed the woman in. "Come in, come in, dear Lillium. After all, I'm not about to step on your toes," the dark man said as he pointed at Zorlo. "He's still being resistant. His genes are resisting the Cerberus Gene, so even the first stages are moving... slowly. Still, he's almost gained his powers. If he's left for a bit longer, he'll fully manifest, I'm sure," the man said as he adjusted his glasses.

"However, I do have a matter of which I wish to address. That wild beast you keep on a long leash killed a few men I was having transport something of value to me. Might I inquire as to why you had him attack a co-worker?" Vossler asked as he leaned in towards the woman. What she didn't know was that the objects the two had been bringing to him were actually valueless, but merely a test. An effective one at that, it seemed.

MEanwhile, Zorlo merely watched the two and yawned. "Hey, doc, are you going to feed me any time soon?" Ignored as always, he simply laid back and sighed. This was taking too long. He either needed to escape faster or die faster... neither of which seemed to be happening.

In a test Chamber in the basement of the complex, Alex Mercer was found in a Test Room, fighting with another experiments "Bio-Weapon No.1967349 In the room, Please Prototype No. 35 proceed" Alex saw the humanoid in front of him and watched it quickly become liquid and jump into the roof, where it materialized itself again "Each time you try to make the most perfect machine right?.... You try to make me perfect?.... or you're just-" The humanoid cutted his words, by jumping atop Alex and trying to take over him "Damn!.." after he said this, Alex made his blood burst out of his body, materialized his arm into a big clawed arm[app] and cutted trough the monster "But these beasts cannot think...." After this was said the woman from before said "Prototype no.35, please go trough Exit door, and proceed to your Room, this is all of today's training" Alex directed to his room and opened the door, entered, closed it and layed on his bed, decided to sleep and closed his eyes

Lillium: oh? "Wild beast" thats not a a fair term to put on Ouroboros' Phantom....but I suppose its only Fair if I tell you those men werent Haine's Target but your men must of gotten in his way of the objective Haines Target was a agent of Ouroboros who decided to be a little selfish and wanted to try to Sell our research for his own gain though it seems he stole a little more then just research though { she shows him a folder of the stolen materials one being a Ourobros weapon infused with the Cerberus Gene designed for use by the top Cerberus test subjects} it seems he stole this as well

Monroe adjusted his glasses as he looked at the papers. "Very interesting. So, they did manage to pull it off, didn't they?" the man whispered to himself as he examined the concept idea and smiled. "Thank you very much, Dr. Lillium for sharing those details with me," the said as he returned the Cerberus WEapon idea back to her. "And I'm sorry my men got in the way of your phantom. Now then, if you'll excuse me, you've given me an idea to begin work on," the man said as he smiled at the woman before approaching his specimen. "Now then, good Zorlo, I've something I'm working on. If you behave, I might even share it with you," the man said with a maniacal smile.

Zorlo chuckled before coughing some. This man was so damn sadistic. Still, if he could survive this hell, he could survive anything. That, and his body felt different. He was feeling slightly more alert. Still, what was going on? What was the Cerberus Gene doing to him... and why now? How annoyingly complicated.

Vossler turned back towards Lillium and smiled as he attempted to usher her from his laboratory. "If you'll excuse me, good doctor Lillium, I have much work to do. Please stop by again sometime soon. Perhaps I'll have finished my latest concept. I do think you'll like this one. After all, it's a little something left by my favorite patient I ever had," he stated, smiling widely as he recalled what he had been saving. Oh this would be AMAZING!

Haine: { his eyes become emotionless as he looks at lillium}....what is it doctor

"Welcome back Doctor Lilium." Mayura spoke, giving her boss what she had written for Haine's quick physical check up. She allowed the two to go into a private area, closing the door and sitting at her desk. It was easy to not hear things when they were behind closed doors. It was a way that she knew how to survive without screwing up. Her position was to help doctor Lilium with the project. Nothing more or less.

Haine: Shut your ***** MOUTH YOU ****!!! { he takes the gun as he aims at her head and pulls the trigger only to find it isnt loaded his eyes remain emotionless and he places the gun down}

Lillium: not good haine not good a dog...doesnt bite at its MASTER!

Haine: {he receives a horrifying shock from the collar on his neck as he lets out a horrifying scream of pain} AAAAGGGHHHHH!!!! GAAAAHH!!!! { he collapses on the floor}

Lillium: it seems I still need to teach you to be loyal and this time I thought for sure you wouldnt pull the trigger { she sits back in her chair} you may leave head on out as soon as your ready I'll send you the rest of the details soon odds are I'll test out young mercer...though zorlo intrigues me though I would need monroes approval on that one which is just a pain}

Haine: { he leaves her office with a look of resentment and pain on his face as he slowlyy regains composure and looks normal}

Bevelle frowned slightly as he turned back to look at Serene, whom was once more relaxed in the tube now that Lillium was gone. "So, do I have a reason to not go to this meeting, people? First?" The man shook his head after double checking the data in front of him. "Second?" Second also shook her head while making checks for things in prep to release Serene from the tube. "Third?" She too, shook her head, as did Fourth, whom didn't even pause his typing. The bio-liquid drained from the tube and warm air dried Serene as the breather disengaged and the tube opened, leaving Serene standing there naked as third walked up to hand the girl her clothing. "How do you feel, Serene?"

"'Hungry,' said Serene as she dresses, hoping her stomach doesn't begin rumbling," she replied in her usual manner as slipped into the clothing that was now a bit big on her. She really needing more food. "'Doctor, will Serene be able to eat sometime soon?' asks Serene as she looks hopefully at you."

Doctor Bevelle nodded as Fourth came down to take Serene to do just that as Bevelle walked out to see what Lillium has to say.

Vossler looked between the countless screens and the object he was working on. If the data that woman, Lillium, had provide was accurate, then he would be able to create one as well. Up until now, they had been attempting to make bioweapons. Instead of using humans, however, extracting their powers and applying them to something inorganic, say a sword, would work equally effectively and allow for mass produced powers.

This was the theory Monroe had developed in the moments that he had read over what he could of the synopsis of what Lillium had sent her dog to recover. "Applying powers to an inorganic material as a catalyst to create specialized weapons. A brilliant theory. Why didn't I think of it?" the man in dark attire asked as he turned towards Zorlo.

"Because you were too distracted trying to do something inane?" the green haired man asked with a yawn. "Where's my food?"

Monroe laughed. "You get fed tonight, don't worry. After all, it's only been three days! I've got good news for you, though! After this stupid meeting Lillium is planning, I shall have a gift for you. I double-checked the progress of the gene, and it's almost perfectly bonded. I think a field test of you and what I'm working on is ideal!" the madman said with an insane laugh as he turned towards his screen and saw something on one of the monitors that made him smile.

"OH, wonderful! Mercer, Alex. He's the latest in modern bioweapons. Their hope is to create a singular power with this prototype, hmmm?" Monroe asked as he flipped through the digital files on the man. "And what's this? Lillium is considering taking him. With what is here in his datalogs, I can use that kind of technology. The man himself is irrelevant, but his genes are useful. If those idiots at the R&D Division have anything useful, it's practical ideas," the scientist said as he quickly hacked the system and changed himself to being the new "owner" of Alex Mercer.

"Don't worry, my pet, this new pet is no threat to you. I"ll keep him in a different cell. I wouldn't want you two creatures to discuss or plot. After all, that makes you deadly. That, and," the man said as he removed along syringe, "with his powers at the state they are, I'll have to keep them sedated to prevent him from rebelling. Troublesome, troublesome."

Zorlo sighed. This guy sure did like to here himself talk. Still, there was something of interest to the green-haired man besides food. "What are you working on besides finding me a room-mate over there!"

Monroe laughed as he looked at his subject. "That's quite simple. A weapon I'm going to have you, and your new powers, test out for me."

"Alex Mercer please present to Test Room Nº653" Alex's room's doors opened, and alex walked out of the room, to the elevator, Floor 54 Underground and when elevator's doors opened he exited the elevator Test Room number 653.... Never been there.... something smells bad in here.... Where's mom?.... as he entered the room the doors smashed closed, and he looked around patiently, turned his hands into big clawed hands and put himself in guard stance-Blood Surrounds him constantly moving, thrusting and slashing anything that moves and gets closer to him- Waiting for the "Test" to start

Mayura smiled back towards Haine, aware that Doctor Lilium was not interested in the feelings of the people around her as much as she claimed. Yet, for someone like Mayura, it helped to know that there was no benefit in complaining to your boss. She picked up the phone, beginning to speak in her usual tone. "Please prepare food for when Zwei returns." She spoke, "I'll make sure to let you know when he checks in." She put the phone down, picking up what work she could take out without too much trouble. Basic profiles had to be scanned and could be looked at outside without being top secret. At this point, she was looking at the potential new candidates.

Haine: { Driving through the city} "Don't even think of running" what the hell does he take me for even if I ran she'd just find me....theirs no place I can run too { he pulls onto the highway and drives off towards the target} it doesnt matter...for now I just have to follow her orders { he glances at the file}.....he's my target?... { he arrives downtown as he parks the car and he gets out and he walks to a run down bar as everyone in their turns to glance at him as haine walks right up to the bartender}.....have you seen this man?....{ he shows the bartender the picture of his target}

Bartender:....y-yeah he just left here awhile ago he- { all of a sudden all of the patrons including the bartender all of guns pointed at Haine} he said you'd be coming... Phantom

Haine: { his eyes change and become cold and emotionless}

"Calm, little Alex, calm. I do not seek to test your combat powers. I have a great deal of notes on it. Your development has been... astonishing! I could not have thought such power to be truly possible until now. Still... you should be weary. You know what they say about rabid dogs?" the scientist asked as he stepped towards the thick, plated glass and looked down on the man, his figure totally concealed. "However, such powers can be useful. I have a proposition for you. I need a man I can trust... at least until the crap I need to settle here is done. I require you to... function as a restraint. If that woman or that man act, I need an ace in the hole. When this is done, I shall let you go free and live as you want. How does that sound?"

Elsewhere, Zorlo sat idly in his cell as the door opened and a woman brought in a plate of food and set it down. "I must retain my cool," the man said as he stood up and knelt down before picking the food up and falling backwards on his backside and sighing. "I get one meal every three or four days... He's trying to extract that stupid gene from me... but my body resists it. What a pain in the ass," the green-haired man said as he looked at the ceiling and heard the door close behind the woman who had brought the food in. "Yep... no one here cares."

"Tch" His hands returned to normal, but the blod surrounding him was still dancing around him, he jumped to a wall in the direction he came and grabbed from it "....Convince me" As soon as he said this, he dissappeared into the wall as just blood, trasspasing it. Meanwhile in the other side of the wall, Alex walked into his usual room and opened the door, entered the room, closed the door of the same and layed into his bed, closed his eyes, and in the moment he was asleep again

Haine: { holding his pistol right up to the bar tenders skull all around him lay the lifeless bodies of those foolish enough to try to kill him as Haine stares down at the bar tender with cold eyes}............

Bar tendeR: I swear....it wasent my plan we didnt want to do it...come on man....you gotta understand I got a family mate I'm just trying to feed my kid...please...let me live...y-you gotta underst-*BANg*

Haine:....tell me where this man is { he gets direction to his targets house}....Run outside now don't turn around grab your family and leave the city { he walks out}

Haine:.... { he runs and kicks through the door to find a room filled with armed professionals as Haines eyes remain cold}.....{ he starts fireing and he jumps behind cover}.....

Guard: DIE! { he fires a shot as it hits Haine right in the chest} I-I GOT HIM!...AhahahahAHAHA! { haine grabs him from behind as he shoves a knife through his chest and Haine draws his gun and starts fireing}.... I am Phantom the perfect killing machine for cerberus........ELiminating Targets...

"Dreadful... simply dreadful. Oh, such a misfortune has occurred," Monroe muttered, moving back and forth as he watched the events unfold where Haine simply murdered his targets. "I've waited too long and that monster is on the loose. If you weren't so slow in accepting the Gene, you'd be out there keeping his busy..." the man stated angrily as he crossed his arms and moved over to a table. He unfolded a long blanket and smiled as he looked at what sat upon it. "I suppose I shall wait though. After all, with these new toys, you'll easily be able to defeat Haine... or perhaps at least hinder him. Your powers aren't all that interesting, but they'll do their job. They'll buy me time," the man said with a twisted smile.

Zorlo yawned. "Are you going to at least feed me so I can do these stupid missions, or am I supposed to do that too."

Monroe looked at Zorlo and seemed baffled for a moment. "Feed you... of course, sure, why not? If you need strength and are willing to fight, I'll feed you."

Zorlo chuckled as he cracked his neck and smiled. "Fine, why not. I accept whatever it is you want, just feed me three squares and give me better living space and I can't complain."

Monroe rested his hand on his chin and smiled. "Yes, yes, over time that is acceptable. For now, one meal a day and less experimentation. Deal?"

Zorlo nodded. "Sounds good to me. I'll do whatever you need so long as I'm not treated like a complete animal."

Monroe chuckled. "Excellent. You might be useful yet. I must check on my other subject," Vossler stated as he left the room he kept ZOrlo in and moved into Alex Mercer's room. "So, Mr. Mercer, are you feeling better today? I have something I need you to do for me. How does that sound?" Monroe asked in a calm, clear manner. Oh this would be exciting.
