Mariya stood watching the scene with a hand applied to her face as she shook her head. This kid... she thought as she vanished the blade from her hand. She opened her mouth to replied when the clapping started. She started to form a bow and arrow and stopped before wasting the energy. If this was an Enemy, they would be needing their strength for better things. And she was right. If what this cloaked figure said was true, they had better things to be doing, like gaining ground. In the minute it took the man to flee, Mariya was back in her room, packing the few 'important' things she had in the room that she could feasibly take with her back coming up with a smallish bag. "Alright then. It's time to withdraw now, people. Go how you want, where you want. I ain't forcing you to follow me if you don't want to," she said to them as she paused outside long enough to salvage a grenade to toss into the room, obliterating it.

"Umm... okay," Kurushimi thought back to him as she 'listened' out for stray thoughts. "Say... Is 'Aragorn' your real name, Lantern? It sounds old, but kinda cool," she then asked as she closed her eyes before they got any drier from the wind.

Zorlo smiled at her. "And you've got spunk too! I do believe..." he paused as he shrugged. "Do you have-..." he paused. "Never mind, I'm coming with you," the wind scythe said as he smiled at her. "And, if what Daisuke says is true, ma'am, then we've got a place we can set up even more deadly establishments. Traps and the like. A junkyard would be an ideal place to lay traps and prepare for invasions," the man said with a smile. "And if that fails, we'll keep running. Until we can gather up more people, we're outnumbered with no hope of winning. I think that's what makes this whole scenario... amazing..." the man said, smirking as he looked at the sword mistress. "So, lead away, miss."

"allright then" Said Daisuke with a hapy smile, thing he rarely did, he stood up and walked to Zorlo's side "I can teleport People with me, but only one, and i can't teleport to my maximum capacity, so" He paused and looked at the maid girl "Maid girl" he said gentlemanly "Should i take you with me, so we can get faster and.." He turned his face to Zorlo "Zorlo.. you can follow us flying.. Right??" he finished

Guess I did let it slip with those hello Aragorns. I'm still new to the whole superhero thing, but yeah, my name's Aragorn Anderson. My father named me after a character from J.R.R. Tokien's Lord of the Rings. Aragorn son of Arathorn, chieftain of the Duneidain, Isildur's Heir, and bearer of the shards of Narsil. And probably a half a dozen other things that I can't recall. My parents are huge nerds and actually changed their names to Arathorn and Gilraen shortly after their marriage. I'm actually surprised they kept my father's last name as it was.

Zorlo narrowed his eyes at the boy. "I'm an Aerokinetic, not an Aeromancer. That kind of thing requires a huge amount of energy and focus to do. I've been working on the enhancement part of wind power... but I'm a bit... lacking at the moment. I haven't had time to train up skills other than my Scything Wind and Hurricane Shot. Unlike you... I didn't possess amazingly natural talents in my powers, so I've had to work to develop and grow my strength. After all, it isn't like I ever imagined I'd control the wind itself, so I never really considered more uses than simple flying blades. Give me a few weeks and I'll be able to fly the sky."

Zorlo took a deep breath and looked at the woman. "But yeah, go with Mr. Cheerful here. I'll start moving to catch up. It's safer on land than flying anyway, since who knows who rules the skies anymore." Zorlo moved next to Mariya and rested his hand on her shoulder. He whispered, "Not to mention, if I stay around this kid too much longer, I may have to tear the happiness right out of his soul. He's verging me on a severe brain hemorrhage," the swordsman said very quietly, making sure the boy didn't hear him.

"So, you two head off," he said as he stepped past the woman and turned around. "When I arrive, I'll help you two clear out whatever you haven't. Plus, if I have good fortune, I'll stumble upon more recruits to help us in our battle. Sound good?" the green-haired man asked with a confident smile.

"Yeah..." He walked at the maid girl's side and said "But before..." He walked at zorlo's direction and teleported him and himself to the building's roof and signaled to the contrary side that the guys came "See that Silver sharp thing in there?" He pointed to a big sharp, nail-shaped thing that pointed up at the distance "There's the junkyard, go there, alway, and don't lose your route, or you're lost" he said as he teleported both to the ground "Now we shall depart" He turned at the maid girl, and grabbed her from her back and legs "Grab tight!" He said as he teleported in mid-air "See'Ya later Zorlo!" inmmediately he teleported upside the building and started to teleport to the junkyard's direction "How do you like teleportinng?" He smiled, he had never carried such a fragile, yet dangerous 'item' such as this girl he had in his arms, he started smiling carelessly "Oh- uh.. sorry, but i never teleported humans to protect them... specially a girl..."

"Don't worry about it, Daisuke. Smile if you want to," Mariya replied to him with her own chuckle as the two made their way. Heh... Still just a kid... But then, we can't all be adults now can we...? She thought to herself before turning back to the more serious matters, like how they'd been discovered so fast. It would seem that the rumors were possibly true after all...

Kurushimi 'listened' intently to Aragorn as the two rode. "You have... a cool name, Aragorn..." Kurushimi replied to him, the conversation helping to keep her awake and her mind for her rumbling stomach. "It's better then mine... at the least. hmm?" What was that she felt...? She tugged on Aragorn's shirt to completely get his attention before pointing towards the building that Jason & Cain had entered. "Onii-chan, someone's there... maybe two," she suddenly mind spoke to him.

He slowed to a canter, "There's nothing wrong with Kurushimi." This is the direction those loud roars came from. But what made them? "At least you don't have people mockingly calling you "my king"." The Sindread made their appearance in a big way, barging through a building. "I guess that answers that question." First rule of bodyguarding. Don't fight with your protectee nearby. "Sorry about this." A big green hand knocked Kurushimi off the horse and onto a big green feathery pillow. So many feathers flew up, it was like biting into a beignet. A lance formed in his hand and he charged it whilst firing energy blasts from it's tip of his weapon at the sindread to get it to charge at him. "In brightest day, in blackest night. No evil shall escape my sight. Let those who worship evil's might. Beware my power green lantern's LIGHT!" On the plus side, the tactic worked. On the downside, the tactic worked. The combined momentum of the two charges gave the spear enough force to punch through the injured sindread's skin, but it had considerably more momentum than Aragorn and the body fell on top of him. Crushing the construct horse beneath it's weight. Ow. That hurt The sindread started to get back up, he had apparently not hit anything vital. A small green forcefield surrounded Aragorn, keeping him from suffering the same fate as his steed. Aragorn rolled to the side as the sindread, and it's friend tried to step on him. A spring shot him up on top of the nearest building putting him at "eye" level with them, he brandished a flail and shield declaring, "Come and face me."

Zorlo held the watch as he continued to walk. That odd hooded guy had given him the watch, and from what he had seen of the information, it was quite useful. At that moment, in fact, it was showing him where a pair of "targets" were located. They were third kind... something called SIndread, it seemed. Whatever the purpose of this watch was, the swordsman was sure it would help him out ultimately. How quickly, he wasn't sure. Still, one thing stayed with him.

"SILENCE! AT LAST~!" Zorlo said, holding back tears of joy as he continued walking. Quiet, calm steps filled the air as the swordsman walked along. This world sure did have a lot of strange people within it. The Second Kind and normal folks were bad enough, but the Third Kind were just a hassle. The watch beeped as Zorlo neared a cliff and looked down. Some darned fool was fighting with whatever those things were. He used the data logs within the mainframe to explain that they were SIndread and, more than anything, they were dangerous. "Well, there's always one. Still..." the man said as he looked at the green energy and the way the man was dressed.

He took a deep breath and sighed. "A super hero, huh? The Green Lantern too. At least he's got a good taste of heroes. Still, I always preferred old faithful, but that ring works wonders too, I guess," the green-haired man said as he adjusted his sword and watched as the Lantern formed a flail and shield. "He's getting into it, huh? My powers haven't fully recovered... a few more minutes until the last hour is up... but at least then I MAY have a chance with my skills. Perhaps I can help him stall these things until we can consider escape?" the swordsman asked himself as he stood at the edge of the cliff. "Now how to make an entrance."

Kurushimi was ...startled... to said the least. She'd been in the middle of looking around Aragorn's body to see what had crashed through the building when the green hand pushed on the green pillow, which seemed to have exploded everywhere the moment she'd landed on it as she heard Aragorn charge off with yell. Kurushimi waved and spat as she 'blew' the feathers away telepathically before anymore found their way into her mouth. That's when the Sindread's answering roar to Aragorn's charge froze her in place. She could see it now too, the massive creature that charged down and seemed at first to have crushed the man before she saw him spring to the roof as she watched from the pillow before remembering where she was and hiding in a vacant building to watch from there.

Hayase teleported one last time atop a building that had a pink sing with lights all crashed "Well mylady here we are, my 'house'" He teleported at mid-air in front of the junkyard, then teleported to a pile of metal "It's not that fancy but" He then teleported to the ground, where a dead cutlass was, and putted the maid girl into the ground "It's my house, at least... well, not my house but here is where i spend most of the time, oh and don't worry about the cutlass.." He touched the coutlass and it dissapeared "See??" He appeared some centimetters behind the maid girl and layed on the ground "Ah... Now let's just wait for Zorlo, right?... or do you reccomend we do something else??" He sat on the ground, looking at the maid girl
