Note: The story is set basically after the events of the second season of To Aru Majutsu(The anime Series)

First Season
Kamijou Touma, a level zero high school student in the brain development program in Academy City, seems to possess no recgonizable ability; his only notable traits are his right hand, which has the power to dispel both psychic and magical power, and his extreme misfortune. After meeting the nun known as Index, and the level 5 esper, Misaka Mikoto, Touma becomes deeply involved with both the church and Academy City; resulting in him fighting against Roman Catholic Magicians themselves, and Academy City's strongest level 5, Accelerator.

Second Season
After his involvement with various magical affairs involving the Anglican Church-based organization Necessarius, Kamijou Touma finds himself in a bigger mess than before. Due to unexpected circumstances, Touma becomes a changing force in the conflict between magic and science when he thwarts many plans organized by the Roman Catholic Church, culminating with the direct actions of the most powerful magical group based on the Roman Catholic Church, God's Right Seat.



So, basically i have no time now to make a better plot so, i'm saying it like this, if you havent seen the series and wanna understand what's going on, i reccomend that either you watch it(it's a cool anime), you see the ending, or wait til' i put sum other stuff, and, also, we're making like a 3rd season so, have fun, and i hope you enjoy this RP

Bio: N/A, (important thing), after a fight against a 'certain scientist' from his past, he received a shot in the brain, but used reflection right before it touched his brain, now he has a device that allows him change from normal mode to esper mode

Name: Misaka Mikoto "The Railgun" / "The Ace of Tokiwadai"
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Classification: Esper
Abilities: Electromaster: Misaka's power belongs to a type of Esper called "Electromasters", whose abilities govern electricity. It is reported her maximum power output is over 1 billion Volts. Because of this enormous amount of power, Misaka constantly generates electrical fields that cause sensitive animals such as cats and dogs physical discomfort whenever she is near them; this causes her much sadness, as she is fond of adorable baby animals like most normal girls her age. Also, because of this she can sense anything that approaches her when an object reflects the electromagnetic waves. These are the form of use of her ability as a Electromaster:

1. Railgun: Misaka's nickname, 'Railgun', comes from her ability to fire metal objects at incredible speeds using electricity. Both the anime and manga have stated that Misaka's 'railgun' with arcade coins has a muzzle velocity of around 1030 m/s (2307.2 mph) and that she can fire her 'projectiles' a rate of 8 shots per minute. The projectile she uses are almost always arcade coins, but she claims the coins melt from friction with the atmosphere at around 50 meters, limiting the railgun's effective length there. She can replace the coins with a much larger projectile and yields more power and can travel further than an ordinary Railgun. The name somewhat contradicts the details of how an actual railgun functions, though, as she doesn't use 'conducting rails' in her ability. (See Sig for example.)
2. Electromagnetism: She can attract ferrous materials and use it to her advantage, such as being able to create a make-shift shield out of scrap metal or walk on walls, attracting the iron particles in the ground around her. She normally uses this method to create and gather "iron sand" which she can then control to varying degrees depending on the amount of sand involved. Her control is great enough that she is able to create solid objects and weapons made entirely out of sand for her own personal use, and it is fine enough that she can open mechanical locks by magnetically manipulating the pins. For example, she once created a "chain-sword" in a fight by not only manipulating the sand into a sword-like shape but by also making the sand particles of the blade vibrate at such a speed as to dramatically increase the weapon's cutting power. She can also instantly change its shape or formation, such as when she turned her "chain-sword" into a whip-like weapon that presumably still had its chainsaw-like quality. However, its cutting abilities are limited, as shown when her "chain-sword" whip was deflected by Kiyama Harumi's concrete shield.
3. Hacking: Using her electric powers she can hack any electric device and bypass weak security measures, such as firewalls, with ease. This also enables her to perform acts such as erasing herself from security footage in real time or taking control of Academy City's roving security droids, apparently without requiring any physical contact. She often uses a special device for this as a connection route.
4. Electro-perception: It has been stated that Misaka can see the electric and magnetic field lines in her environment, unlike her 'sisters' who must use specialized goggles to compensate for their lack of this ability. She also can analyze the reflections of electromagnetic waves she generates and therefore 'see' things all around her as a form of sixth sense.
5. Telepathic defense: Mikoto has been shown to be able to immune the effects of telepathic manipulation via an electric barrier. This was demonstrated against the fifth-ranked Level 5 Esper, "Mental Out".

Weapon: Metal, plain and simple. Otherwise she's 'weaponless'.

Bio: She is the third most powerful Level 5 esper in Academy City, and is nicknamed "the Railgun" due to her signature move. She entered Academy City at an early age, and distinguished herself as a child prodigy, initially starting out as a Level 1 and climbing her way up to a Level 5 Esper. Because of this and her generally easy-going, friendly nature, she doesn't look down on lower-level Espers at all, like most high-Level Espers do. Called "the Ace of Tokiwadai" due to being the 8th ranked student in the School and the strongest Esper attending.


Name: Kurushimi Nanaya
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Classification: Esper
Abilities:
Move-Point: She is a Level 4 Teleporter with her ability, 'Move Point'. It's a more powerful version of teleportation that can move any object to the user's desired destination without the use of physical contact (long-distance teleportation). She has a maximum range of 812 m and can teleport objects with a mass up to 4810 kg. Because her powers are otherwise so free and unrestricted, Kurushimi tends to use a laser pointer to help focus her attention on the object she wishes to transport though she can use her powers well enough without it.
Power Level: 4
Weapon: None, she improvised things around her as needed with her powers.

Bio: A third-year in Tokiwadai middle School, Kurushimi is the replacement guide into the 'Windowless' Building after Musujime Awaki was relieved of her duties. Normally a rather quiet person, she is greatly known in the school for her always calm attitude and academic ranking of number three in the school.


Name: Lily Nanaya
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Classification: Esper
Abilities:
Burst Force: The Esper ability to create and direct pulses of concussive force at will from the body of the user. At Level four, Lily is capable creating craters in concrete at her maximum out-put and her maximum range is three feet from any part of her body. Lily like to use this in conjunction with her haphazard fighting style.

Power Level: 4
Weapon: Pair of fingerless, padded, leather gloves.

Bio: The (overly...?) cheerful, younger sister of Kurushimi, Game, anime, & martial arts fan, and a junior member of Judgement. After be 'saved' be Zorlo, she became fast friends with the swordsman, sparring with and hanging out with him on a regular basis.


Name: Mariya Nanaya
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Classification: Esper
Abilities:
~Force Deflector: A Branching of Force Manipulation powers, this power is the ability to create fields that stop and dissipate incoming Kinetic force, allowing the user to block the movement of things that contact the field for whatever reason. In theory, one could also 'bind' an object from moving by completely wrapping it in the field.

Power Level: Recently passed to Level 4.
Weapon: Mariya is trained in the use of many different firearms and is surprising good with knives, throwing or otherwise.

Bio: The oldest of the Nanaya sisters, Mariya loves to eat, drink, and otherwise relax whenever possible as she tends to find herself swamped in work most of the time at her job.

Name: Brink Mirumoto

Classification: Esper

Abilities: The Devil's Luck
Brink can't die, or at the very least he can't be killed. However, this doesn't mean he can't be injured it just means he can't take a mortal blow. He doesn't know this is his ability and the way this power works how he survives isn't always in a dignified way as while it keeps him alive it works to avoid becoming noticed and so it's just considered sheer dumb luck or skill.
Weapon: He carries a pair of knives with him, but his weapon of choice is paired swords.
Bio: Brink is the next head of the Mirumoto clan, they were known for their two swords technique long ago, and he was born an esper. At school he is the captain of the martial arts club and although it's known that he's an esper, nobody's been able to figure out what his esper ability is. And thus he came to the academy in hopes that they could help him figure it out, they've had no luck and so the ranking of his power level is 0. He has a crush on Kurushimi, although he hasn't even managed to talk to her yet. Part of that is because he thinks she probably wouldn't even consider talking to him because of his ranking. His grades are a little over one standard deviation above average, but this doesn't put him exceptionally high on the totem pole as far as that's concerned either so all he thinks he has going for him is martial arts and being from a prestigious family.

On an ordinary Tuesday afternoon, in a less ordinary town, in an even less ordinary school, an even more less ordinary sparring match was underway. Brink was demonstrating why he was the captain of the team in an exhibition match against two people, with esper abilities and weapons allowed. As such, he was using two boken, one of which he had taken off one of his opponents. He waited patiently for his bruised students to come at him again.

Name: Stephen "Zorlo" Arthurus
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Classification: Esper
Ability: Trace point: Is the Esper power to transfer the damage of a created attack down a visualized 'line' within the user's field of focus, allowing for the user to potentially attack their foe from a hidden place of safety. After creation of a 'line', the attack is transferred via action 'placed' upon the line. For example, slicing the end of the line would cause the slice the travel down the line to inflict the slice on anything in the path until its end. While the line visualized is invisible to others, the effect traversing the line is noticeable and becomes even more so the stronger the attack. By the earlier example, while a slice with a knife along a line would create a visible air disturbance, a slice from a sword along the same line would create a visible, crescent blade-wave.

Power Level: 4

Weapon: A man who fashions himself as a knight, Zorlo carries a double-edged long sword at his side, making him look mildly out of place. Aside from that, he carries a switch-blade knife, for convenience mostly.

Appearance:

Bio: A man of odd nature, Zorlo, as he likes to be called, possessed odd green hair since birth. Despite that, he seemed, for the most part, normal. During Esper conditioning, he developed sight of lines he could construct in order to move kinetic force through. As such, a person who fashioned himself to be an honorable knight now had a power designed for assassination. IN spite of this fact, and the fact that he has an unusual mannerism of sometimes drawing the lines he's tracing with his finger if his hands are free, Zorlo continued to train hard to be prepared for battle. Countless times, his odd hair has created disturbances and conflicts, but his power has caused those to generally be less than unnecessarily violent. Although he carries his sword on either the right side of his belt or holding the sheathe in his right hand, he only draws it when a foe possesses a reason, or weapon, that would require he use it.

Aside from that he's a third year student that, despite his speech of honor and duty, has been dragged into many pointless fights and struggles in search of something honorable to do. It is said he is most courteous to women, but almost to a point that is bothers other male students.

As the disarmed man rose, another figure rested a gloved hand on the man's shoulder. "Stand down. This foe is too good for you," the green-haired man said as he watched the moving force from the attack he had unleashed. Although he recognized the dishonor in the move he was making, Zorlo also accepted the misfortune of proving this person's power. The defeated man quickly rose and rushed forwards, only to be hit by a green wave of force that knocked him to the ground face-first and caused him to slide for a second or two.

Zorlo sighed. "So the rumors I've heard are true. You really do possess impressive luck," the student said as he adjusted his mantle and looked at the man wielding two wooden swords. "I apologize for using an attack without warning, however I wished to see to what extent your luck actually was... and in this case, it seems it is quite true," the swordsman said as he gripped the sheathe of his sword in his right hand tightly. "I'm actually excited now. My name is Zorlo, and I like the title "cutter". Would you grant me the right to a duel?" he asked, smiling at the man.

His ability only comes into play when his life is in mortal danger. If you tried to cut his head off for instnace, he might trip and not die, however if the same cut were going to cut his ear, his ear would get cut. Thus it played no role in the exhibition match, if that's what you were insinuating.
Brink held up a hand to forestall the other club members from ganking Stephen. Luck? What the hell is he going on about? He did not share Zorlo's smile. "You come into my studio, carrying a blade, attack my students, and now you're asking for the right to a duel? No, you do not get that right. Class is over." Brink bowed to the other students, most of whom hurried off to the showers, he put the second boken in his first hand and knelt next to the student Zorlo had attacked and checked on him. "Come on, let's get you to the nurse." He put an arm around the student and helped him to his feet and handed off the boken to another student. He looked over his shoulder at the interloper, "You going to help or what?"

Zorlo's eyes went blank as he looked around. What in the world did I just step into? the green haired man asked as he nodded. "Yes, yes I shall," the man stated as he moved towards the group and started working to help with whatever it was that the man needed. I'm confused... but I get the strange feeling that I failed in my test... and that my particularly bad luck stepped in for this. Although, to be fair, until I act and my attack is within sight range, seeing it is difficult. I'm so confused. Zorlo's head spun for a moment as he looked at the other Esper, frozen in thought for a second.

"What do you actually want me to do?" the man asked, standing there like a simpleton for a few more seconds as he tried to arrange his thoughts.

(PLayer knowledge vs. Character knowledge. I know that, but ZORLO doesn't know that. After all, how would Z know what sets off his conditional effect? )

"Are you an idiot? You hurt him, you help carry him." said Brink, he stood silently bearing the student on his shoulder and waited for Zorlo. "Or did you interrupt my class in search of a fight rather than a duel, as you claim peasant?"

Zorlo helped carry the man, ignoring the man's statements. It was worthless to seek a pointless fight at this point. "Calling me a peasant? Quite uncouth of you," the man said as he helped balance the man he had knocked out. "Now then, where am I helping you bring this man?" the green-haired man asked as he looked at Brink. For now, delivering this man and getting out of here seemed to be in Z's best interest.

Brink took his time and explained as they walked, "He's a student who's hurt. Where do you take an injured student? The school nurse. Savvy?" When they had dropped the student off and were standing outside the nurse's office. "Given what you did earlier. I don't think you have any right to decide what is and is not couth." Brink loosened his gi's belt, "Now then, I'm going to take a shower and get into my street clothes. If you want to continue our discussion of manners, Zorlo was it?, I suggest you wait for me in the studio. And stay off the matts while you're wearing shoes. And don't touch anything. In fact, it's probably best if you just pick a corner and sit there twiddling your thumbs or something. I'll be out inside of five minutes."

By the time Brink had finished talking to Zorlo, the bell signalling the end of class sounded others could be seen leaving out of their classes. With her normal calm silence, Kurushimi swept out pass Brink with only an acknowledging glance to him, her thigh-length, silver hair swaying softly behind her as she continued down the hallway, giving Zorlo little more then the same glance. It wasn't condescending or arrogant in the least. Anyone that's spoken to her knows that Kurushimi isn't that way. In was confident.... but... utilitarian. She rarely gave little, if any, emotion in her glances and stares. Even when presented by Tokiwadai's 'Unrivaled Electric Princess', Misaka Mikoto, she gave little more then a nod of greeting as they passed.

Touma was walking on the street in front of the school, when suddendly a guy stepped in front of him "So.... you're the one who beat 'Accelerator?" said the stranger "huh? why do you ask?" Touma answered "Let's see what you can do" Touma stepped back, then without an advice, the guy shot a fireball "what do you do!?" Touma swung his right hand from ahead to the right, erasing the fireball "What the???... My fire cannot be extinguished!" Touma ran to the guy, Then the guy shot again a fireball "Let's see if you can erase this!" Touma put his right hand in front of him, canceling the fireball again, then punched the guy in the face, throwing him to the ground "If you're going to challenge a random guy again, be sure to know how to defend yourself first...." Touma walked away..

Zorlo shifted and scoffed. What an annoying way to act to others. To admit wrongdoing on his own part, Zorlo accepted that his actions were indeed rushed and incorrect, but this man carried himself like he was somehow better... superior... to himself. "Well, this is a quaint situation I've found myself in," he muttered as he watched girl called Kurushimi pass by. He had no real interest in dealing with this again. He'd lost interest in fighting this man, but he'd at least apologize for his actions before he simply left. After all, it wasn't honorable to use sneak attacks; nor was it honorable to not seek to make some form of amends. Still, this man's behavior was... bothersome. Even so, he'd power through it and move on.

Brink's eyes trailed after Kurushimi, he even bumped into the wall once and apologized to it he was so distracted. Brink was buckling his backpack when he came back out. "Sorry about the wait, Zorlo, walk with me? I have to ask. Which house wants to break from tradition and not only use a hired sword, but also try to win honor outside of the annual competition? Or are you just a ronin trying to make a name for yourself by challenging the next head of the Mirumoto family?" Brink was heading home, he had his own lesson waiting for him once he got there, but he was in no hurry to get there so he hoped Zorlo might provide him with some distraction on the trip.

Accelerator was passing by in front of the school, when he remembered something he had to do Tch... Tsuchimikado called me... he said he has to do something He entered the school and passed in front of the nurse's office, and bumped with a red haired guy, making accelerator fall into the ground, he got into his feet again, grabbed his walking stick and said "Watch where you're walking Redhead.." then started walking again...

Touma noticed Accelerator entering the school "What the?... Accelerator?" Images flashed into his mind, the time when he defeated him when Misaka was in there, Touma then ran inside the school again and started following him, he followed accelerator until the Nurse's office, and watched him stomp to a guy with red hair, some students passed in front of him then accelerator wasn't in there anymore. Touma walked to where the guy was and asked him "Hey, have you seen where a guy with white hair and a stick in his hand go?"

Meanwhile, Accelerator already got to the classroom where Tsuchimikado was "So?... what did you wanted to talk about??" "Well..." said Tsuchimikado "I want you to help me with my homework" Tsuchimikado smiled "TCH!! THAT WAS IT!?, I COULD KIIL YOU RIGHT NOW!... but... Tch... if that's all... I'm going.." "Hey...." Said Tsuchimikado "Touma is in here... He saw you and ran to here... Be carefull.. unless you want to fight him again of course" Said Tsuchimikado while accelerator exited the room and closed the door...
