Luca cackled. "I'm expendable, huh?" Luca asked as his blade erupted from his arm as he moved to strike again.

The green flash grasped his arm and stopped him. "Luca, you know that the people running this event are tools," the man said, looking at Luca. "Ignore this fool. He isn't worth wasting your time trying to kill," Zorlo said as he looked at Gray. "I'm just trying to figure out where those daggers came from. The one's attached to my foot don't detach. I can break them off, but I don't recall hitting anything this human," Zorlo said as he stepped back slightly before becoming a green blur again.

Luca sighed as the blade in his arm retracted and he looked at Jess. "I don't care what you do to Gray or Enden, but don't lump us in with these assholes. Aelina and I don't want anything to do with 'em... well, I can't talk for Aelina, but I've got no interest in them. My job is it clean this shithole up, and if that means I have to kill anyone and everyone that gets in my way, there is no ethical quandary associated with that. After all, aside from pure spirits like Aelina, we all deserve to die. Even you, Miss Jess, even I. Because in the whole of this world's races, Ms. Jess, there are two kinds of people and only two. There's the one sitting put in his proper place and the ones with their feet in the other one's face."

"Lame!" came a call from Zorlo as the dust settled and the path was open. "ANyway, you all, kill or save that asshole and kill Mack. Nephilim and I have **** to do!"

Luca looked at Gray and sighed. "I'm no monster yet, so I'll let you decide for now, Jess. After all, if you need help killing him, I've got no issue killing Gray... or helping you figure out Enden's breaking point for death," Luca said maliciously. "He's only made me a little-ABSOLUTELY LIVID!"

Jess flicked Enden on the forehead. "Do whatever you like with him. I have things to do and people to kill." She walked over to Luca and sighed, "I'm not lumping you two in with him by the way. But if he keeps it up much longer, I might just go berserk." She let out an unsettling hollow laugh. "Let's just go, before those nice young men in their clean white coats come to take me away." She let out another laugh and flexed her hand, "After I've put my fist through the back of Mack's skull, I think I'll take a nice little vacation. Somewhere starting with an A I think."

Addition: "A, of course. A possession!" She hit herself on the forehead with her palm. "Go clear me a path I just remembered something." She hurried over to Gray and the medic, sliding to a stop next to the former on her knees. "Ender, right? You said he was possessed. Elaborate. I need supernova. Also, tell me how you were going to attempt to save him. If I'm clever I think I can improve our chances of saving our dear and fluffy leader." Jess upended the bag off holding and Zaz fell out, she also changed out her gloves. "Zaz, begin repairing my screwdriver." The little gnome began fiddling with the device behind Jesabell.

Luca turned towards Aelina and held out his hand. "Uh... do you... wanna come with me? Z and Nephilim will clear a path for us... and I kinda... wanna... ya know... talk with you..." the white-haired man said as he smiled nervously at her slightly." He wasn't sure why he was so confused. Perhaps it had come from watching Nephilim and Zorlo fighting... and seeing the more barbaric natures they had already embraced to deal with their enemies. Luca couldn't help but look at Aelina somewhat sadly. "Am I... a monster?" he asked her, feeling somewhat out of place.

Zorlo looked at the door as the last traps and creatures were aptly slain and the landscape was cleared. "Well, now we wait for those kids to come and start on their way through," the green haired man said with a smile at Nephilim. "So, what are we gonna do after we're done with this?" Zorlo asked as he looked at Nephilim. "I mean, this has consumed a year-and-a-half from our lives. What's next?"

Aelina nodded her agreement to come with Luca as the two and, of course, Fluffy started off. Seeing those two was quite a refresher for her, but Luca's question was a bit of a surprise to her. But then, It's not like it was an unfamiliar question to her. She'd lost count of how many times she'd asked herself that question... or been asked by others... "Luca..." She paused as she decided her words. "If you ask that... isn't it the same as asking if Neph & Zorlo are monsters..? Isn't it the same..." The hidden knife came to her hand as she slashed open her wrist, spraying a bit of blood before the wound sealed up again. "...As asking if I'm a monster...? she finished as she cleaned off and replaced the knife. "You... are merely you... and can be no more, Luca."

Nephilim crossed her arms. "Who knows?" she replied, actually starting to think about it. "But... I would like to stay around Aelina for a while longer, after this. We'll decide on things from there, I think," she finished with a smile. "After all, we've got quite the bit of time to decide things now."

Luca hugged Aelina and smiled. "I'm so sorry, Aelina... I'd forgotten... I'm among people... like me," he said, hugging her. "So long I have wanted to meet others like me... but I never realized how truly complex our existence is... But, for now, in this moment, none of that matters, right?" the white-haired man asked with a smile.

Zorlo nodded. "Yes, we do have quite a bit of time. FOr now, however, yes, I think Aelina needs someone to keep an eye on her. And Luca. Aelina needs time to regain her memories and decide her path... and Luca needs to learn to control his murderous impulse... however valid it may be. Why are kids so complicated?" Zorlo asked with a chuckle.

Aelina tensed slightly at the sudden, unexpected hug, but relaxed again as she nodded, her face slightly red. "Yeah..." She smiled to him. "It's all okay now..."

Nephilim laughed at Zorlo's comment. "Why Zorlo, If the younger ones weren't complicated, the world be exceedingly boring, now don't you think?" she replied to him.

Ended stood in the path's of the other's "He's a Ghoul now. Someone who died before completing their mission in life. Unfortunately Ghoul's will never be the same and be haunted by their old personality. Have any of you seen him act strange or out of character? Perhaps like a different person?"

Jesabell looked down at the helpless Gray at her feet. He's not a bad guy, normally, but this is problematic and Mr. Medic just said that he'll never be the same. She looked over at Ended who had run over to block the path of the others and was asking them something. He said he might be able to help him, but rather than act he's run off over there to yap. Might have lied then, could be lying about him not being able to go back, could be he's been lying about everything since he got here, and doesn't actually know anything about anything; he seems to enjoy pissing me off too. She loaded a caster shell into her shotgun and obliterated Gray completely, along with her hecatonchain. Ah, that's annoying, should have just pinned him down with something, now I'll have to make a new one. If a possessing spirit or some other immaterial, or material, thing tries to escape, Jesabell grabs it with her ForceGlove and begins crushing it into oblivion as well. Darn, I should have taken the house key off him too. I'll just break the door down to get my stuff later.

Enden didn't even flinch as Gray's body exploded, He did however scoop a piece into a test tube before following after the others. "I suppose that fixes that problem."Enden didn't even flinch as Gray's body exploded, He did however scoop a piece into a test tube before following after the others.
