I wish I knew where the PC datas were clustered together, there's thousands of files to sift through....
(( files using the S for gender will always be 2bcs##... they can't be used effectively for playable characters so don't bother with them.))
pcc0_.txt lists all the generic character's texture names and offsets... that should help a lot for checking your progress.
EDIT: I am in the progress of writing a C# app for creating basic generic codes. It won't do much for now, but eventually I may add more code types... it may not be done for a while though.
EDIT2: DON'T use 2ntm02 for anything, it does not have walking animations and thus, cannot move.
