Story: this a plague of darkness covering the land of gaia wiping out the 7 great kingdoms 1 by 1 the first kingdom to fall was the kingdom of barouque the cause is rumored to be some dark jester looking mage who attacked and wiped out the mighty kingdom single handly he then cast a curse that changed the king and princess into a dwarf like monster and a horse all the knights were said to be dead except mysteriously one young knight captain survived the reason why is unknown when he awoke their was a mysteriou run like mark branded on the back of his left hand and now he's set out with the cursed king and princess to somehow stop the darkness from wipping out the other kingdoms and find a cure on the curse casted on the king and princess and figure out what the mysterious mark on the young knights hand really is

Bio: Atlas is a Swordsman Mage in the Kingdom of Thunder, and is fairly serious when in battle, although at first we was a mage, he learned of lightning's rage, and was burned several times at the age of 18. He mastered swordsmanship as to be powerful without the help of lightning, however when he does use lightning, it does obey him sometimes, and at others, it may be extremely uncooperative. He is unable to make lightning envelope things other than his left arm, and spites himself for it, although he has learned to be ambidextrous. He wears a long rubber gauntlet, with steel claws on hit left arm, that protects him from minor lightning.
Rune: Rune of Thunder
Rune Skills:
- Roar of Thunder - A large clap of thunder resonates around Atlas, disabling hearing and clear thinking.
- Lightning Strike - Lightning envelops his left arm, and he can then use it to attack as clean hits, or launch the lightning off his arm in a charged blast.
- Clash of Titans - Lightning surrounds his left arm completely, and when he hits anything, an loud clap of thunder will resonate with it sending the object that was struck back.
Rune Side Effect: The more he uses lightning, the more likely it is to rebel against him, and the more he becomes dependent on it. The more he uses claps of thunder, the more it effects him as well, and the less likely he will be able to focus it.

When using Clash of the Titans, his body becomes pure energy, and cannot maintain a bodily form for several hours.

bio: A Dark mage whose skill in the manipulation of atoms and molecules knows no bounds. the armor he wears was the result of bonding between his skin and various experiments. As a young boy, he was cursed by his father with a rune of ice, which could not be controlled by him. so, as a result of pressure, stress, and overuse, he froze up an entire city. he adopted the name forte after leaving the city, and manufactured a helmet that would allow him to control his power easier. he has a large knowledge in the use of gravity magic.
After the events of the First saga, he managed to obtain 3 of the 6 chapters in the Dark-Apex, and is currently searching the land for the last 2. His current home is in the desert kingdom of Dandroenia, where he now operates as head Arcane knight. His skills and ferocity are incredibly well known throughout each kingdom.
rune: Rune of the Frigid
rune skills:
-Freeze-storm; a blizzard launches out from the users palm. it can be manifested into the shape of a giant wolf, which will attack anything in its way
-Time-Halte; an icy wind so powerful it can freeze even time is summoned up by the user. it stops anything around the user - alive, undead, or elemental - from moving.
rune side effect: If the rune is over-used, then Forte will freeze up. only someone with skill in highly advanced heat magic can thaw him out in that state.
weapon(s): Gravity magic (a natural skill of his), Arcane magic (also completely natural. the Dark Apex only augments it), Ice magic, Fire magic, Wind Magic, Elemental combination magic, The Dark Apex.

Rune Abilities:
Leo Missile: Creates missiles made of fire which launch at opponent.
Burn: Whatever Misora touches lights on fire.
Flaming Big Bang: Misora shoots a gigantic flame from her hands.
Fire Meteor: Fire rains down from the sky and pelts the opponent.
Rune Side Effect: Every time she uses her rune, her connection with animals becomes less for a certain period of time. How much it lessens depends on the attack. If she used burn, the disconnection wouldn't even be noticeable, but if she used Flaming Big Bang, they may desert her for day, maybe even months.
Bio: Misora has lived her whole life without her parents. Her only memories are past age 6 when she was raised with animals. Because of this, the only thing she loves and gets close to are animals. She can communicate with animals and they usually fight along side her. Recently, she discovered her rune and accidentally burned down the forest she loved so much. She left the forest with a lot of grief and is now wandering the cities in turmoil.

((Booyah! We're back in the buisness >=D! Oh yes, I'll be moving Forte back into Dandroenia, seeing as that's where he went after saving Rumeria >.>'))

Forte paced up and down the hallway repeatedly, causing many of the guards to stare at him with worried expressions. Eventually, he snapped,"GAH! DAMN! I can't take this wait any longer!" He ran over to a nearby balcony, yelling out over the rocky dunes of Dandroenia,"WHY MUST YOU TORMENT ME SO, OH GRACIUOUS GOD? WHY?!!" He slumped over the balcony,"Marel.. why did you stay in Ilyria? I know the shopping is good but..." Teirala wandered out from a nearby room,"Jesus christ Forte.. It's not that bad. Just suck in your gut, and try to think about... something else!" He looked at her with a glum facial expression,"that's easy for you to say.. Marlen was the one whose beeen with me since the start.. she was like my support.. and now that she's not here.. He slumped onto the floor,"I'm as useless as a Regalian Prince.."

Teirala puffed up her cheeks,"sheesh Forte, your such a negative Nancy! She walked over to him, poking his head,"And shouldn't you be able to remove that helmet now? It doesn't suit you as much as it did back then..." Forte sat up, holding his helmet onto his head,"woahwaohwaoh. Not so fast there. I'm keeping tihs thing where it belongs. And in case you haven't noticed, it's what allows me to control my Frigid rune with such ease." She looked away,"but it makes you look like a complete prick.." Forte's temple popped,"That's taking it too far.. Teirala.." Teirala stuck out her tongue,"Oh? And what are you gonna do about it?" She bounced off like a cat, dissappearing around a corner and into another hallway,"DAMMIT TEIRALA! Get back here! ugh... I'm really not in the mood for this...." He looked back out at the desert, then turned to head down another hallway,"I wonder if Rumeria is ready to start 'that' ceremony.. It's been a while since I last saw it, and watching it again would be the perfect way to pass the time." He smiled, humming to himself as he passed a group of gaurds, who all looked at him as though he'd gone completely insane,"was he just.. humming?"
"no, I don't think so.."
"someone like him can't hum.. can they?"
"If they could, then wahat was he humming about?"
"ohmaigawd! do you think he.."

A scream suddenly echoed down the hallway,"PLEASE SPARE OUR SOULS OH GREAT FORTE! JUST DON'T USE OUR INNARDS AS ECORATIONS FOR YOUR BEDROOM!!" Forte turned around, flabberghasted by the gaurds, who then ran off at top speed,"wha.. wha.. what did I do wrong?"

Atlas rode on Galleon,continuing on to Giygas, "That woman...I can't believe I was fooled like that..Looks like I'll have to distrust all people as long as I know she can still shape shift." he rode onwards, and then a blaze of heat struck down, telling him he was near where he needed to be, "Giygas is supposed to be near a majestic volcano"

Dragon's foot was against the door, he kicked the door open, and then stepped inside the castle of Dandroenia, "Yo Bucket Head Archanist Scum! Where's Alice?!" He continues walking forward drawing an IMPACT: Fire Rune on the wall. "Hehe, Fridged little..." Debris flew everywhere while Luca caught up, and just entered the Castle, "Dragon! Stop this at once, he doesn't have the Sword of Yggsdrasil!"

I woke up from my sleep to find a man feeding me. I got up and screamed, "Ahhh, what are you doing?". Before he could even speak, I stopped him and said, "Well... I guess you were only trying to help.". I gave him a very observant look to try to see who and what he was. "So... Are you a warrior?".

an explosion came from down in the lower levels. A guard shuddered slightly, then noticed Forte coming down from the upper levels,"Ah! Just who I was looking for!" She brushed herself down,"Someone's destroying the lower levels of this cliffside palace. We think they came in from the desert, and we have no idea why they're doing this.. could you go down and stop them for us?" Forte sighed,"Quick question, did you hear the words 'bucket-headed arcanist scum echoing through the corridoors of this palace?" The guard thought hard, then nodded,"well, yeah.. not too long ago, actually.." Forte placed his hand over his head, then ran hit down his head in a comical fashion,"Then I just happen to know EXACTLY whose causing this trouble.." He started off down the large central sairs to the main lobby.

Upon reaching the lobby, he'd found out that the ceremonial parade was about to start. Rumeria waved eagerly over to where he was,"Forte-sama! Forte-sama!" Forte blushed,"The ceremony is about to start! You'll need to head over to the southern section of Dandroenia, where the fighter's pavilion is placed!" Forte seemed puzzled, but quickly realized what was going on,"wait.. don't tell me that the Dandroenian arcane tournament is... today??" Rumeria nodded. Forte sighed, looking at the ground,"oh well.. I got the dates mixed up.. and maybe there'll be someone there who can find a way to replace my armor with something more, lightweight..." Rumeria giggled,"You're welcome to sit with me in the parade carriage, I'm heading there anyway.." Forte got up, bowed, then smiled,"I'm sorry, but accepting that offer would be unfair on Teirala, and the other contestants in the tournament." Rumeria sighed dissapointedly,"huu.. oh well.. I guess I'll see you there!" The carriage began to leave. Forte waved it off, then noticed Teirala standing at the gates of the palace,"Forte.. you're late! We need to hurry over there NOW!"

Dragon looked around, and then saw a bunch of guards heading his way, fully armored. "Heh, Do you guys know where the hell that brat who stole my sword is?" He grinned ignoring them, drawing four runes. IMPACT: Fire, Water, Wind, Earth. Four powered blasts shot through the guards, killing them on contact. "These aren't..." he raised his voice, "ARCHANISTS WIMPS!" he then picked his ear, and continued walking towards the top of the castle, his left hand clenched a rune.

Luca ran through the main lobby, panting heavily, and followed the destruction. He behind her, a small child held it's bruised wrist.

Galleon ran forward, running into a desert, "I have no water..." he stopped in a Desert Village, praying to himself to avoid any conflicts.

As Forte arrived at the Central pavillion, Teirala ruahed in, knocking him over, and causing his helmet to fl off. He stood up, shaken by the impact,"uuhhh... Teirala.. you need to be.. more careful when you enter a room.." Teirala stood up, brushing herself off,"Then don't stand in the way like a brick wall! Jesus chri.." she looked at Forte as he sat up,"F-Forte? Is that you?" He seemed stunned, then realized his helmet had fallen off,"Muki?" Teirala blushed, moving back against a wall,"I p-promise I won't e-ever run into you l-l-like that.. ever again..." Forte was still puzzled. He stood up, taking off his cloak,"It doesn't matter... I've managed to use the Dark Apex as a medium for controlling my runic energies.. so the helmet only really serves me as protection.. After putting the book-bag on, he put his cloak on over the top of his outfit, then tucked his hair back up, placed his mask over his face, and put his helmet back on,"But I have grown rather.. attached to this helm.. if I do say so myself.. I think I'll keep it on for now." He tapped his helmet twice, and it seemed to lock, holding itself over his head,"as for that idiot Dragon.. I'm sure he'll turn up at this spot sooner or later.." Teirala seemed puzzled by Forte's words,"Dra-gon?"

He looked out of the pavillion as a paige walked in through the entrance to it,"Mr. Forte? Mr. Forte? You're being told to go onto the central arena!" Forte jolted,"What? They're starting already? DAMN!" He looked at Teirala,"We need to get moving, otherwise it's an automatic disqualification!" Teirala shuddered,"I heard from Marlen that that's what caught you out last time you tried this tournament.." Forte laughed nervously,"y-yes.. you might say that.." He then headed out of the pavilion, Teirala in tow, straight for the central arena. Upon entering the arena, which was placed at the far east of the Dandroenian capital, Forte realized that he was in fact, 3 minutes early. He walked over to a side pavillion, in which most of the fighters were situated, and smiled, lifiting up his hand to wave at them,"yo!" the entire pavillion then started at him in awe and fear. One of the fighters dropped the stick of beef jerky that they were chewing on. Another one laughed fearfully,"haha.. there's no way that Forte's taking place.. is there? This can't be true.." Forte sighed,"well, I missed my chance at entering in this tournament last time I visited Dandroenia.. so the Princess invited me to have a go in this year's tournament?" The fighters shuddered, then returned to their work. Forte sighed, turning back to Teirala,"It's not going to work out very well if I'm feared this much by some of the strongest that this kingdom has to offer..."
