She was basically just toying with his emotions while Ovan was gone to make herself feel better, leading him on so he'd buy her stuff in the game, for one.

On the whole Haseo x Shino pairing: I more or less agree on what AT stated, she's a **** who leads Haseo on etc. Now I think this pairing can work. As Anime Monkey stated, Shino is one of the most "human" characters.

For reference here is said quote from the Tarot Cards topic:

So taking the fact that she is so very human, so very flawed, leading people on and so forth, couldn't the same be found in some, not all, but some relationships? SO while it's a pairing I don't like I say it's very possible and that Haseo better have no expectations to be on top, or to have any money in his wallet for all the plants he will need to buy for his **** of a girlfriend who has an insatiable desire to raise them (quite poorly I would hope if only to curse the queen of **** in .hack).

Since at this point I'm more or less just complaining about Shino I'll just continue to do so, GU+ end of volume 3, leads Haseo on AFTER he more or less rescued her from her coma almost single handedly, the coma SHE VOLUNTEERED FOR IT SEEMS (oh this seems very human and very rational I'M CERTAIN OF IT! And please don't say "non-canon" as a means to defend her, I already know) and after going out with the lad fora day she leads him to a chapel and more or less abandons him under a **** excuse: "Let's not see each other for a while. So that we can move on with our lives. So that we won't be able to recognize each other the next time we met. So that we can respect(Me: Mother ***** just saved you from a coma... RESPECT HIM NOW YOU DUMB SLUT!) each other." Sooo, yeah, Shino is a ****, I think many people have established this and I support it, if she and Haseo are together, poor Haseo what ever tragedy befalls him it's his own fault.

I conclude this with saying I don't support Haseo x Alkaid since that was just forced **** in volume 2 where Alkaid went from butch-dyke to straight (maybe bi) tsundere, then she's thankfully put into a coma mid game. I find this pairing to be dumb as hell and don't understand why so many fanboys love it. I can understand if they're a fanboy of Alkaid for her ever expanding bust size (seriously is it me or do they get bigger with each appearance?) but the pairing is forced, it's something on par with Haseo x Bordeaux or Haseo x Kaede or something ridiculous like Haseo x Taihaku.

Heh. Again, I disagree with the label of "****" and would prefer that you call her a human character, but I won't force the issue.
I agree for the most part on the ending of G.U.+ volume 3 though, I hated that line so much.

Heck, i think HaseoxTaihaku would somewhat make more sense than HaseoxKaede, and maybe HaseoxBordeaux even though she did develop a kinda-bizarre crush on him XD But well, Taihaku recognized Haseo's strength, was very happy that he became strong like that, and was all willing to give him Icolo's throne. With the minds of people these days, it shouldn't be any rare to see yaoi fics and drawings caused just for that.

Thing with Haseo x Taihaku is that the two barely ever communicated, hell Haseo forgot all about him from Roots in Vol. 1. And as Sorrow stated possible reasons for the pairing, thought there are some it's just one that seems out there.

Now in regards to Haseo x Skeith I don't see this is weird since the two are kinda together all the time, sure they don't often converse but Skeith is more or less inside Haseo (inside that uke in more ways than one >3<) so with that established connection, though weird I find it makes more sense than Haseo x Taihaku. Also just imagine little Haseo having sex with Taihaku, larger man with a mustache, though it SHOULDN'T be that weird it just creeps me out, I dunno, maybe if Taihaku shaved... but then I can't imagine him without the stache and I think it goes well with his hair.

alkaid and haseo's relationship was definaly rushed, I really wish they could have put in a few more things. but i guess they didn't have enough room or didnt feel like doing 4 parts lol. likewise i still like alkaid than the rest of the girls.
