I think it would be best to get what you want, throw it in storage, and save the game first before playing as a new character. Then you can either talk to Death Grunty for the item back or, if you're using someone like Taihaku that can't move in town (I forget if that's the case for Sophora or Sirius), just use Platform Storage.

I have tried this and as of late they have released the codes to use normal PCs. Im jut really confused about the whole thing and all the codes lined up scares me... make it hard for me to constrate on what codes I want. really I just wanted a normal beast steam gunner and well I got it... now I have to look through all those codes.

If someone could take theri time to rid the waffle and send me the codes I would like indivualy. But if not ill look for em...

So ya welcome to this form and enjoy the codes.

Remember beat the game THEN use the codes. cheating and messing with the game before beating it is no fun.

Forgive me if I do anything wrong, this is actually my first post and primarily my first post ever im pretty new to the whole forum thing, i dont recall ever posting on any forums im kinda a dinosaur when it comes to computer stuff but why not use the character mod on the first page to use endrance and then check out page seven where i believe or six not sure, where Master Zed posted some equipment mods as well as skill trigger modifiers to change endrances weapon/skills to something to your liking. I could be wrong here but its a shot! Trial and error right? See what happens.. Good Luck! :D

I also wanted to say that i think Master Zed is a friggin Genius! Your pretty much my hero now and the reason i registered for this forum and i cant wait till he releases more awesome codes. Im definitely looking forward to seeing your guide on npc modding or any information you have pertaining to that specific topic!!

Wonder if there is a way to increase the slots of low lvl weapons?

I thought there was a way to use the cb to add skills to a weapon but im not sure about increasing the slots themselves. As for me i was wondering if there was an animation fix for 2nd form (edge punisher i guess) Haseo so he would be playable. It would also be pretty cool if we could use unknown 4 (blade brandier) as his class specific in fields that'd be pretty awesome! :?

Oh, I know, playing as Unknown4 would be awesome! Would you just have to rig him to another Blade Brandiers animations, like what ZED did for all the characters that didn't work? Like, Sakaki with Asta's animation and stuff-- you guys know what I'm talking about!

Yes true, i tried the sakaki fix as well as tri-edge ovan and they both worked fine i know how to utilize the model swap codes but isnt there an individual line of code for character specific fix's as well, like an extra line of code you also need to fix the character, or maybe im thinking about the character portraits being swapped, Im not too learned in the ways of coding enough to pull this off yet I think hehe. I'll just have to wait for ZED to post more info on all this, if he is going to post it at all. Im sure he will, just gonna have to wait a while longer.

2095B6BC 0091CCD0 - AIDA Bordeaux fix (replaces Bordeaux's third model) <------------ ??
00B4E742 00000002 - AIDA Bordeaux model code (Bordeaux 3rd)

2095B530 0091F640 - Sakaki fix (replaces Asta's second model) <-----------??
00B4E743 000000F5 - Sakaki model code (Asta 2nd)

I know ZED posted these fixes for some of the characters but i was wondering what the first line of these codes, if anyone knew what they actually meant. it seems they all started with 2095XXXX XXYYYYYY. I was kinda hopin to get an explanation of what this line of code does ( i know it replaces models somehow ) I thought that the 2nd line starting with 00B4 was the model replacement code and if so then what does the first line do and how does it work? And i was wondering what the ending string of the 1st (top code) was too, would those happen to be the character digits or something to that fact? Im thinking im confusing myself more than what i was when i first started.

From what I understand, "Sakaki Fix" changes the model in Asta's second model ID to be that of Sakaki, while "Sakaki model code" changes a character into Asta's second model (which is now sakaki)

On the other hand, I can't get any character to use any model aside form one of their own... and I don't know what the ID's of any of the generic characters are... like Natsume's PK form (Which is epic hotness...)

Even trying to turn Natsume into Alkaid crashed me miserably... never loads the root town at all... I don't know what I'm missing... but it doesn't like me...

Anyone that's had luck write a short simple guide to all of the codes I NEED to change ONE character into another? (Mainly Haseo...) I've tried changing his weapon to dual sword, all his skill triggers to dual sword attacks, his form to 1st, and his model to Natsume, but it simply stops loading... Is there something vital I'm missing?

(and could we get numbers for the generic characters' models?)

You'll have all of the data as I get the programs needed to extract the data done and fill in the remaining blanks. I don't know Pascal, which is what I'm going to use to make these, so this could take a bit of time.

Aww... that sucks... I really want to play as some random characters without epic level crashes at every cut scene or randomly ending up in the Dev Room... =(

Meh... I'll just try to focus on decoding the CCS format... not that I understand even the first bit of it or can even find the headers...

Take all the time you need man! Its because of guys like you that keep this thread alive and we're thankful for that. Sorry if we've been rushing you or pushing your buttons i guess we're all just a little overzealous. You do awesome work though. If any of you guys know of how i can come across any information on learning how to read hex and make codes or programs i could use, please let me know. I'd like to contribute to this forum myself one day if possible in the near future. :D

I know I've read a file decoding guide somewhere... granted all files are different, so it's only a crash course... I'll try to find the forum it's on...

I pardon, I meant reading the files for the models, not making codes... I wish I knew ho to do that myself...

A good place to try learning code hacking is the codemasters project forums. I guarantee there's help in there somewhere.

As for decoding the model an animation files, I'm still looking for that guide...

I'm assuming Master ZED has some form of injector that can change values in the code directly...? That or he's changing values in the save files and dropping them back onto the memory card... I don't know first hand how PS2 codes are hacked...

I'm sure there's an .ELF (a PS2 format disc image type thing... not a mythical being XD; ) involved somewhere...
