how to use "Virus Cores" ?..

who can tell me how to use virus cores?., hahaha, i don`t know how to use it even i had finished already the game..,

Go to Hidden Forbidden Sacrament..or whatever the temple thing for the Lost Weapons is. You use the Virus Cores to "power up" the Lost Weapons, though for the last level, you have to fight a guardian, similar to the ones in Vol. 2
