Liminality Refrences in Infection?

Anyone else notice Sieg was in Infection? And I dont just mean on the Ziet Statue thingy Clang!!! were there anymore you noticed instead of just Sieg Clang!?

(He was talking to that guy, right before you found Mia in Mac Anu Clang!)

One of the other references I noticed was the news e-mail Kite gets about two students hospitalized and that Mia's boyfriend is mentioned.

Yes Clang! I cant believe I forgot that Clang! They mentioned him by name Clang! Now if I only remembered it by memory and could spell it right clang!

if lim wasn't in the game then the storline would have plot holes in it.

Yes,I did notice that was Sieg in the beginning.If you look inside Liminality 2,where you will find the ".hack//Mysteries".It explains a little something Sieg:
"Mystery//02 Sieg
The character, Sieg, played by Tomonari Kasumi appeares in the game. He is one of the two players talking about Mia at the Chaos Gate in Mac Anu. Though the incident in the game and the OVA follow the same timeline, it seems as though Orca fell into a coma before Tomonari did. "

I remember him. He was talking to someone discussing whether or not it was "legal" to edit your character to look like Mia... or something like that.

I have yet to play Mutation Clang! Its on my list though Clang! I have only defeated Infection Clang! But all is well Clang!

Actually, you have to keep in mind that Liminality runs the same time as the game. Both are happening around the same time period. So what happens in the real world would show up to affect the game, and vice versa. When you beat INFECTION, (or was it right before?) you get a new NEWS article telling how two students feel into a coma. One was Mai, and the other was her boyfriend..
While I don't think that should be a spoiler, I figured that I wouldn't take the chance XD

Iron Grunty, I was talking about something that happens in //INFECTION. It was right before the "movie" with Mia and Elk in Mac Anu. Two people (sieg was one of them) were at the Chaos Gate discussing how it was weird seeing someone edited like Mia.

i can rember exactly but i noticed his name in a e-mail or forum post abuout some contest orca was # i think seig was # 2 i know i saw his name there, i thought it was cool

Yes. Sieg was third overall for the Zeit staue races in Infection. And of course we saw him at the Chaos gate discussing with a heavy axe.

Shortened:

Heavy Axe: "Is it legal to edit your character to look like a cat?"

Sieg: Yeah I saw the cat player, I prefer bunny girls myself."

GATE OUT

Then there is an e-mail later telling about the two hospitalized students.

I am currently playing Infection myself (FINALLY! Someone had it on the ship and I hassled them til I could borrow it!) so I'll keep my eyes open on the Sieg front.

But I have a further question on the matter. In topic even.

In Liminality #1, it is mentioned that at least six people are in a coma.

So... spoiler check. I do not want to ruin anyone's game/dot Hack//SIGN experience...

1) Tsukasa (but technically may not be counted.)
1a) Sora (the first official coma?)
2) Kazu (Blackrose's brother)
3) Orca
4) Alf? (the character is posted missing on the board in Infection. If he does not reappear... sorry I'm a noob at the games...
5) Sieg (Limnality #1)
6)?

Any theories?

Anyway, I'm almost done Mutation so I feel like a big idiot. I don't think that I watched Liminality until after the Mia video in Mac Anu. *sob!* But just in case anyone else wasn't paying attention, I found a picture of a Sieg .hack//enemy card. So now I now what he looks like. lol

Alf was a girl they made a mistake in the english versions of the games.

yes I noticed that...it also says in Liminality vol. 2...about Sieg being there... and at the end of //QUARANTINE you get to see him running around town cuz he's out of his coma ^-^
