Use internet. Go to sites like Veoh.com and look for the episodes. And if you don't really wanna leave any proof behind then delete your History record. That should do it.
I live with my parents but i have alot of freedom so i don't have to worry about things like that, but that was pretty obvious to figure out anyways. :P

your parents are evil, and try veoh since youtube is kinda being gay with the anime
XD The dub is okay... I fairly like all of them except L's. I don't know why but I can't exactly figure out what the "perfect" voice for L would be like. O_o;
oh... and I liked Misa's song during the last episode that aired >> I still can't tell which version of the song I like better, the English or Japanese (Misa no Uta.) I've only heard the English version once so I can't really decide upon that;;
Light's voice I recognized from Gundam, L I didn't know, and Ryuk was the old Vegeta (can't believe I didn't notice that at first). I've never seen or heard the original episodes but I think the dubs are really good. I actually like every voice I've heard, it fits the character and everything. XD I even watched the voice acting "behind the scenes" things on my DVDs one day when I was really bored.
Well, this might not be the place, but Death Note = <3. I watched it when it first aired on Adult Swim and I thought it was morbid yet cool. As it went on I just loved it more and more, and I never expected the plot to develop how it did. So I ended up buying all the manga and I've completed the series (didn't want it to end).
I missed hearing the last bit of tonight's episode, so I missed one of the new voices. I'll see if I can catch it again.
I just heard the English Dubs for both Near and Mello. In my opinion, they were perfect with the voice of Near. Mello however I feel was just a little overdone, considering the fact he was almost only 15 when both he and Near were first introduced.
I think they were both perfect. Mello had just the right amount of vocal maturity and cockiness. I look forward to the other characters, this is easily one of the best anime dubs ever made.

That may be so, but the voice actor was cast for a twenty-one year old. And Mello had what, one line while he was fifteen? Mello's voice is perfect for him, especially considering that his voice actor is virtually unknown. My friend is a Mello fan and he was mad when he saw his voice actor was so unknown. So when it was so win I laughed in his face.
More so than Light, Mello, Near, or Ryuk, the greatest voice I've heard in the dub so far, though he was only in one episode, was Sidoh's. Every line he had made me laugh my ass off.
Dude, SIDOH was the shiznit! He was already one of my favorite characters, and his voice only made me regret his short screen time even moar. His English voice really emphasizes how much of a child he really is. I could HUG him if he wasn't a horrible abyssal Terror of Death. (lolcwutididthar?)

I'd hug him anyway. I'd just be scared he'd bite me with his bird mouth. The only voice I really didn't like was Rem's. Felt to overdone to me. Though, I guess I could say it fit the character, who I didn't like anyway.

Yeah, I thought the same. I think they shoulda made it less feminine sounding. Maybe change it to sound like someone WHO HAS BEEN KILLING PEOPLE FOR CENTURIES!!!
I hate both mellow and near... their VA's are ok but GOD their so annoying! "Ima Bite a chocolet bar coooool" and Nears stupid ass smiles .. and what is he? 6? playing with cars going "Vrooom" XD
AuraTwilight wrote:Near's actually 19. He's an autistic savant. Mello's a mild diabetic, the chocolate is to keep his blood sugar up.
Considering he eats about twenty boxes of chocolate bars a day, I doubt he's that mild of a diabetic. And I love Mello. :(
Near gets on my nerves though, not cause he acts like a kid, but because he takes on Kira incredibly boringly. And that he has the amazing ability to guess exactly right, more so than L did, then Ohba justified it with that "start with a theory" crap.

Like I said, I just felt there was too much in it, the voice itself was fine, but the acting was overdone.

I dunno, I guess I just made it personal cuz I like voices, and when I found myself slightly interested in a Shinigami I freaked. (Necrophilia is not for me)
