Hello everyone, I am the latest newbie to join your ranks. However, with that said, I am not a newbie to forums in general. I have been a huge .hack fan for several years now, but never really got around to joining this forum. I am glad that I finally made the decision to join.

Anyways, a little bit about myself.

Favorite Animes:
1. .hack//sign
2. Naruto
3. Yu Yu Hakusho
4. Trigun
5. Fullmetal Alchemist

Favorite Mangas: Same as above except for .hack//udeden instead of .hack//sign.

Hi everyone... I am new to the .hack sorta. I played the games (and own
all 4). They intrigued me and one night I was surfing through the channles
and stoped at cartoon network... Thats where i first heard of .hack//sign.
I then looked online for the series and was having some trouble and
thats when i first stumbled upon this website

anyway hope to get to know you all and this new .hack//GU sounds like a
hit and I hope they go to .hack//online that would be fun ! .hack is
probably gonna become a name brand because it already has many
things out including a game series and a dvd series.

Hi everybody, nice to meet you all.

I'm Chris. I'm 19, male and live in New Jersey. I'm big anime, game and tcg geek. I'm also into mythology, ancient world history, and philosophy.

I started my interst in .hack by seeing the show, then I played the games & read the manga. And now I am eagerly awaiting GU.

I'm an RPG specialist (if there is such a thing). I'm medicore at most other game genres. I like all kinds of anime and manga, but my favorite genres are action, scifi, fantasy and comedy. So basically all anime. As for TCG's I play them but don't have preferences. I just play what's available and that I can find opponents to play.

Hmm what else can I say...Believe it or not I'm a very concise person, and very frank as well. I love to debate critical issues, to me there are few things better than a good debate.

I look foward to unraveling some of the great mysteries of this new "world" with you all.

Hey ive been a fan of anime for about since dragonball first reach canada,lol so long time. Yeah im in grade 12,male,5"7,black hair,brown eyes.Im on the wrestling team. hello,fist id like to say nice avitars!also im into greek myth,im 14 and yet mentaly a little older.i live in the ceter of old fart wasteland, Fl.i got hooked when i was loaned infection.i saw no other game that seemed the same.the longer u play the deeper u fall into a world of pure awsome.hence the tital of the online game. thank u all for being so welcoming

To Cadmus: Hmm... I don't know much about mythology, but there are at least two other people on this site who do. I don't remember their names, though, sorry

To Asukai: I'm not sure what fanfiction is (I'm new to anime/forums), but this site's got alot of roleplaying, if that comes close. That, and the fan-art here is pretty good (like I'm an artist

). Also, I think there are people talking about other RPG's (even some I haven't heard of) here in the Off-topic forum.

Anyway, have fun, post like crazy, and ask the moderators when you need help. You might want to read the rules, too. Later!

Welcome to the boards Terror_of_Death, Xae-Solace, ShadowBalmung, Jordy, MegaDaffy, Cadmus, and Asukai. Make sure that you all read the rules, post often, and enjoy your stay. If you have any problems or questions, don't hesitate to ask one of the mods or admins. That being said...phew....there sure is a lot of new people joining, which is a good thing. Just shows how great .hack// is and (I think) a reflection of the quality of dothackers. To all you new guys, don't worry, the vast majority of members are friendly and willing to help you out. Don't worry about getting flamed or anything like that, flaming is not a problem here, and those who do flame get cracked down on very quickly. Just a friendly request, please refrain from double-posting and going off-topic. It isn't too bad when it happens every so often, but it does get bothersome having to fix the posts.

To Phase 9: It is alright for you to welcome new comers to the board, and techniquely only I am a mod. Helbaworshipper just has a huge amount of posts, which is the reason for her rating. Also, the role-play section really should be changed to fan-fiction/role-play. Most of the topics that are in there are either cooperative fan-fics or regular fan-fics. I think that there are only a small handful that are really role-play.

That being said, I'll see you guys around the board. Laters!!

Yo. Omega here, new to the boards but not to "The World". Yeah, I'm the guy who posted the '.hack//immortal.era' thread in general, but I'm not part of the team for that, I just wanted some true fans to help me and the other ARG players to figure it out, if it turns out to be anything.

I play Sora and Kite on a certain LiveJournal-based multiverse-themed rp. I've been a fan of the series from the moment I saw the first article in GamePro magazine for //INFECTION, way back when. D'you believe the major carrier of anime (other than OnDemand) in my area just started carrying //SIGN, not too long ago?

Anyway, just dropped in to introduce myself, like the thread title says.

Hello everyone i just joined. ive been reading these boards for a couple of weeks and finally decided to join. im a big fan of the .hack games/books/shows and .hack//infection was the reason i got a ps2. everyone here seems nice and really into .hack and alot of people are registered on it so im happy to be apart of the community

other then .hack im 15, i love to play my guitar and be with my friends. trying to get a band going with a couple of my friends which will be really fun
