If you've ever been in love, you'll know that there is nothing cliche about conflict and that it is necessary in order to build upon the relationship. You become closer by learning to overcome obstacles such as conflict and displaying the will to care for a person despite conflict.reichuu wrote:Eh... I just have one more thing to say in regard to this, but then I'm done I promise XD Well... Your statement about "I said its lame because there is pretty much nothing to conflict in them. Hence its boring." I really don't agree with because you certainly do not need "conflict" in a relationship to make it interesting. In fact the "conflicing" couple is overly used and rather cliche, which is one of the reasons I dislike HaseoxAlkaid. I don't HATE Alkaid, I'm just sick of this pairing type. All you need to make a pairing interesting is a bit of creativity and imagination :3
I, personally, dislike unlikely pairings such as Haseo being paired with Silabus, or even Azure Kite. Regardless of creativity and imagination, the pairings do not work unless you alter at least one character's state of mind, which is unforgiveable in my opinion. There's nothing worse than reading a fanfic where the author has changed a character's personality, it just screams out that you were too lazy to even bother thinking up your own character.
Then there's the fact that you do need conflict in a relationship to make it interesting, you can't write that much about it before the fans leave or start begging you to put in some erotica in order to make it more interesting.
