then if the RA program failed why do the avatars still exist?? the Avatars are apart of the RA program itself so it must exist in R:2

Just to clarify.. The RA Plan went on during R1 but AFTER Aura left. The failure of the RA Plan and the resulting fire is the main reason R1 was nearly destroyed and R2 even exists. Project G.U. was put on hold because most of the data collected in relation to the phases were lost. In other words CC Corp played with fire and got burned. Jun resigned from being under pressure because he was co-founder of the RA Plan/Project G.U.. They couldn't blame Amagi because AMAGI is the one who went crazy and lost his mind.

The avatars still exist because they weren't destroyed. The game world itself was destroyed, not the actual black box. All that was left in the last days of R1 were Mac Anu and perhaps the cathedral.

The Avatars cannot be destroyed that easily, they are a part of the Harold black box, part of the world itself.

*edit* didn't make this clear. The avatars are eperate from the RA program. they were just used by it.

The R.A. Project was in R:1. Which led to Jun stealing Tarvos, leading to R.A. Project's failure. Leading to Amagi's insanity. R.A.'s failure led to the fire. Which led to R:2.

R.A. plan did fail, but it's not surprising that it created Aina, a failed Ultimate AI. Besides, in Vol. 3, Skeith is pretty much Morganna, since that Skeith is a combination of all of the Epitaph Users. That sound's pretty wrong, Skeith being Aina's womb.

yup, thats it. I also argee with the possibility that Aina is a failed Ultimate AI.

I can see 3 outcomes of this.

1) This could be where Aina gives skeith his DD ability to Haseo through the book. However it may cause something berserky to Skeith, since it is a modification code.

2) Haseo may have went on a power surge (meaning overwhelmed by the other powers given to him by Kuhn, Atoli and Endrance) Thus causing him to attack things at random. Aina comes with a book to keep a short lease on Haseo.

3) Seeing the contrast in colors its really evident that something off opposed entity's join. As to what is anyone's guess.
