3 of them are english, 1 is still japanese.

ask me this: why would they first post 3 trailers in english, following it with 1 japanese with english text?

"voice over mode enabled" is what i'm thinking about 8) :D

Haseo sounds too nice, but then again he's just feeding a chim sphere to a robo-Grunty. We need to hear him pissed.

That's what I'm thinkin. He needs more edge. Maybe we'll get that. Its just strange how different he sounds from japanese haseo.

Typical...

It's true he's missing the edge in his voice compared to the Jpn. version but I'm sure Yuri did his best.

He's good but the only way I can pass final judgement on english Haseo is how certain scenes play out; Haseo summoning Skieth for the first time, Haseo's psychotic laugh after said summoning, etc. But the only way to gauge his vocal prowess (for me anyway) is Haseo's fight with Tri-Edge at Grima Lowe. If Yuri can pull off that scene, then the rest of the game is smooth sailing, for Haseo anyway.

Just need to know who is playing who in the english trailers. Lex Lang could be playing Kuhn, but he didn't say much. It's almost guaranteed Crispin Freeman is going to play somebody, my money's on Sakaki. I can see Steven Jay Blum playing either Yata or Ovan, but I'm leaning towards Yata.

That's true. If he cant full off Haseo's rage in the fight scene or his psychotic laugh, that just might suck.I think he should have used a voice more closer to Sasuke's but abit more eased up. It'd be so sweet if I knew theguy's voice I keep giving English Haseo. He could do it. He'd pull it off. I cant even remember what anime thatvoice is from, butits a good match to Haseo.

I'm at leastsatisfied by Yuri's work in GU though....for now.
Yuri said they hadnt contacted him yet about doing the other volumes or Roots, so you think he ma get replaced if it doesnt work out?

I know they usually wouldnt wantto change VO's during a series of anything. That's almost as bad as changing actors in the leading role of a movie.

Close enough.

With the sudden emergence of trailers and english screenshots (The staff have an inside-man or something?), I'm starting to think Vol. 1 is going to be released this month instead of October. Plus we have a couple of gameplay trailers that have English text but Japanese audio, which means a) Dual Audio or b) they didn't have the english track at that time. Still hopeful that there will be a Dual Audio track.

I'd love to believe that we'd get the dual audio but I've just heard way too many interviews and articles that speak otherwise.

Though today I did pass a random article that said something along the lines of no news on whether Parody mode will make it to US version.

I still dont know whether GU has a parody mode in jap, but if it did, then like someone said earlier it could make room for dual audio i guess.

Oh and the site I found this on is

When they change the dialogue to comedy relief. They'd say stupid stuff that's mae you laugh. It wasntin the US version of the first series of .hack//games. Does anyone know if arody mode is in Rebirth?

I've seen two sites that say the release will be in September but I really doubt that, since in the interview he said, "It's going to be released some time in October." But we can keep hoping.

According to Kuukai, there isn't a Parody Mode in Rebirth.

No, he'd have the same voice, but he'd be obsessed with fixing Tri-Edge's hair or something... And yeah, no parody mode in G.U....

Haha I agree xD Actually I honestly think the Parody Mode for each character will do something such as

'Bring out their personality'

Not like they do in the game but, really bring it out, such as Haseo's hate for Tri-Edge for some odd reason he'll be more obsessed with killing Tri-Edge like not being able to finish a single sentence or ine without bringing up the word Tri-Edge which'll annoy alot of people xD.

Maybe Tri-Edge will finally speak japanese! XD But since there's no Parody mode...too bad ):

Well, if the UdeDen manga thing is remotely canonical, he speaks English, and says things like "Justice" and "Kill"...
