Also important note, it is open to submissions! They welcome global submissions, I submitted to one of CC2's zines before.

Application period for the books:

Vol.2 Posted: Monday, July 10, 2017 - Sunday 30th (Sunday)
vol.3 Posted: 2017 August 1 (Tue) - August 20 (Sunday)
Vol.4 Posted: Friday, September 01, 2017 (Sunday, September 24)

Submissions are through twitter only, you have to be following their public relations account: (@PR_CC2) https://twitter.com/PR_CC2 and use the hashtag #ドットハック記念本 (# dot hack memorial book) to submit.

EDIT:

This didn't make it into the last compilation book they were doing but maybe I'll have better luck this time.

This is my submission, we'll see how lucky I am, it's hard to compete with a lot of those people doing crazy good art on their computer :o

I'd like to submit something as well, but I've been pretty busy lately. Would definitely be an honor to be included in something like this.
