Hmmm, thanks for the tips. I think I have all those items(except the Wild Robe, atm...)

Kind of off-topic, but you seem like you would know.

Where could I find the 'Body Egg' item?

Have you tried kicking barrels at Dancing Doomed Bum? I remember getting them there
