Is there a way to contact CC2?

Post by Vallen »

I recall we had a petition a very long time ago to localize .hack//LINK. I recall we sent emails and messages to Namco Bandai, maybe we even sent a package of grunties to them?

Regardless, I was wondering if there is an official way to email or message CC2, maybe even Hiroshi Matsuyama directly and politely ask if .hack fans have anything to look forward to in the future?

Mindlessly waiting is tiring. Obviously he isn't gonna spill the beans (even though there is probably nothing to spill), but even if we get a simple "please look forward to a future announcement" or "nothing is planned at the moment" would be good. Some clarity would be nice.
Didn't he mention in an interview a few years back that they have rough ideas for the future of .hack should a next installment ever happen, would be cool to know if that was N.U. or something different.

Is there a CC2 email or a way to contact him, somehow? I know response probability is low, but whatever, I don't mind giving it a go.

As a reminder, Hiroshi has gone on record for a willingness to create .hack games/media for the NA and EU market's; should those respective publisher holders (BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America and Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe) make the order. Otherwise, to localize .hack in these markets is out of his and CyberConnect2's hands.

Correct, it was to Namco Bandai's community manager Filthierich http://www.dothackers.net/forums/viewto ... 68#p446768

He has his own Twitter and Facebook pages:
https://mobile.twitter.com/PIROSHI_CC2
https://www.facebook.com/cc2matsuyama

Though he remains mostly active on Twitter, his FB account only just mirror's his Twitter account.

There was an article suggesting that, however the same article states Guilty Dragon would be coming to the US; but that never happened. http://www.rpgsite.net/news/2688-cyberc ... re-of-hack
