The music when you're in town reminds me of the Naruto games. The gameplay looks very limited though, especially the battles

The game play reminds me of what some Japanese PSVita/PS4 games are doing now. Kinda like this

https://youtu.be/y6rD-kyStS8?t=1m56s

only with worse graphics 'cause you gotta optimize for mobile.

It does seem to have some VR capabilities though, judging by some of those first person views. Maybe you can play it on Gear VR or google cardboard? That'd be neat.

Either way I wouldn't judge it too harshly, since it appears to be in closed beta and we probably won't see it coming over here state-side anyway.

Namco opened this new countdown, lets hope it's .hack related.... (but probably it's god eater)

Lol they're really going with "mysterious game"? When a mysterious game countdown has become so cliche you just call it that... ^^;

To be fair it looks like they're trying to invoke several different ideas:

But they're all mainstrean Bamco franchises and probably not .hack.

I would've hoped all mainstream games for them would've been announced already and under development, surely its not going to be:

SURPRISE! ITS YET ANOTHER NARUTO/JOJO GAME!! Bet you didn't see that coming!? ^^'

They keep changing it to hint at different big Bandai Namco franchises, so it's probably the biggest of their franchises that they haven't mentioned yet.

^^' I can see it now, DLC for different in-game booster packs or maybe individual cards to purchase...would count for both if they based it on Digimon Tamers seeing as they use cards aswell. Not to mention selling items to force digimon to digivolve into a set monster, then you'll have people with a squad of the highest caliber known to the digital world xD

I'm pretty sure they already announced more Tales games and not sure if they would do something like this for Tekken,we know they'll be sequels xD

Posted on CC2's English Facebook page. Winter 2016 seems a long ways away. Perhaps a hint to an English release...?

It's the same on their Japanese page, by "Winter" I'm pretty sure they mean "Before the end of February"

CyberConnect2’s Kenei Nakasha (.hack, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, etc.)

I want to take everyone’s opinions about JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven through the official website. We’re also advancing on the Asian and overseas versions.

That game bombed so bad. It's Japanese reviews are horrible. Not surprising, they added only like 4 new characters, and made it a beat-em-up game... I still don't get why they didn't stick to the fighting genre of the first game.
