wish we had a mature/adult discussion section

Post by SCP173music »

wish we had a mature/adult discussion section I mean im 18 so im still younge but i mean come on people should have an area for mature/adult discussion. Not saying where you can post your porn links and **** but where you can seriously discuss a topic where it rated above the age of 15. Like say your discussing abortions, sex changes, political ideals, debates on darker topics. discussions on stuff like sex, drugs, etc. im sure you understand what im trying to say here. Theres a difference between being conscious of younger forum members, and lessened as a human being and your freedom of speech. Now staff arent really that strict but every now and then someone says something and someone **** to staff because they think topic is innapropriate. so i say we make a section so noone can **** about someone elses freedom of speech and someone can have mature serious discussion.

Freedom of speech only works in America. This is the internet, a nationless country accessed by every nation in the world. Our constitution on this site is governed not by the ideals of any country but by the rules posted by the creator and owner of this site.

As written here -> http://www.dothackers.net/forums/viewto ... ?f=27&t=10

You have continued to exhaust my patience, because of you I have written more words into the word censoring than there was there beforehand every single day. I have asked you to tone down your language in your posts since these posts are publicly visible to children of all ages. Your request for a mature section does not hide the fact the posts you've amounted to thus far have been publicly visible to anyone passing by and it's all quite offensive. Then there was that post you made to solicit visitors.

Long story short, you're banned because your blatant disregard of our governing rules and the warnings issued to you.

Dude, this is not that sort of place, have some respect for other people around you, I actually find you super annoying, and that sort of attitude you're displaying never gets any friends, I used to have that sort of behavior and I can tell you're simply deluding yourself into thinking you're special when in reality you should be seeing help about it instead of putting on that false persona, if you act like that in real life, I'm gonna have to say NOBODY likes you for real, believe me, I learned the hard way, even if you say you have friends, they're probably as self-destructive as you are or just putting up with you.

I'm really not a fan of talking about those topics. It always devolves into a binary argument based on opinions about "what's right" on either a moral, religious, or humanitarian standpoint.

As for the sex, drugs, and stuff, the only real positive way to discuss that it by making it educational. Otherwise it just devolves into and endless stream of "Oh man, you won't guess what I did!", stories about bad drug trips, and poor life advice.

There are other BBS for that sort of thing, it's not why we come here. And to be honest, I'm barely here anymore as it is.
